Hanwag Arvostelua 27

I was on a hike in Sweden, when my Hanwag boots lost one of the soles. It ruined my holiday. I went to the shop where I bought them, and they sent them to Hanwag. after 6 weeks they came back, and there was no help from them.
I am disappointed because I thought it was genuine german quality boots.
Soles are not supposed to fell off !

I purchased Tatra 2 wide gtx along with extra laces and boot cream. The boots are superb, excellent fit and lacing and superb grip.

I'm in the UK and the order took 8 working days from the order dispatch notification to delivery.

The only problem I had was the dpd tracking number supplied would not work at all, very frustrating when purchasing from a different country and attemptingto track the delivery.

That said the boots arrived, were well packed and the fit and build quality is superb. I would purchase again.

My absolute favorite hiking boots!

I started wearing Hanwag boots (Yukon Lady GTX) sometime in 2005. Needed a sturdy leather boot with a thick lower part. I hiked with these in different weather conditions and terrain. They are great for people with big toe problems. The material is well manufactured and there's a life long warranty in case the cemented lower part comes off for some reason. Service was great when I had to contact them a few years ago. Since then I've been hiking in these boots all seasons. They are a bit on the heavy side, so I switched to an LLBean Boot when it gets really hot and humid here. But nothing beats this boot in winter! I tried other manufacturers hiking boots but I always come back to my Hanwags.

Estimados, en mi país, CHILE, existe una pagina fraudulenta www. hanwagchile. com informé por correo electrónico a www... hanwag...com de la situación y al día de hoy no tengo respuesta. Por medio de chat con una persona de Hanwag USA me dicen que la pagina chilena es un fraude, que ellos no pueden hacer nada, pero yo les informaba para que tomaran las medidas del caso, ya que están usando su marca para estafar a las personas y nadie responde.
Los invito a visitar la pagina triple w hanwagchile PUNTO C.O.M. para que vean que es igual a la original, con los logos y los productos que se ofrecen en la página triple w.hanwag.c.o.m.
NO COMPRAR EN www. hanwagchile. C.O.M. ES UN FRAUDE......

Purchased a pair of boots which have gone missing during the delivery process. Granted this isn’t the companies fault however I now can’t get a response from them? I have contacted them on multiple platforms yet no reply! Avoid

Boot soles dissolved under normal indoor storage conditions due to faulty material. It's a known production fault. I've seen it on other boots from MBT.

When contacting customer service, was given the run around...if the boots are more then two years old, there's no warrenty.
