Very very bad customer service ...more than one month of emails...usefull answers .....my purchase is disappeared somewhere....nothin can be done ..never again !!!

The product is excellent but their refund process is a shambles.
They say it is a '10 day' refund process from the minute they get your return.
It isn't.
They don't seem to refund without an enormous amount of chasing from the customer.
I hate being a complaining customer but honestly? If I hadn't chased my refunds (happened twice) I don't think they would ever actually have refunded me at all.

In canada a pair costs $100++ Cdn. For that money you might expect excellence! I order two pairs. Pair one OK. Pair #2 had poor quality stitching with the waist band ribbon doubled over TWICE (normal is doubled over ONCE! I removed the label hoping to improve the bunching caused by the Double, Double stitching. It didn't improve the bunching and discomfort at the waist. Hanro blamed it on me for removing the one additional bit of fabric. Their label. Most companies now stamp the label into the fabric to remove the discomfort of too much stitching ... Not this High Quality Brand. Won't buy another pair of machine stitched waist band. Shoddy
Sloppy service. Sent wrong item. Would not send return packaging till 4th request.(on account of cost to them!) . Fancy marketing appears more important than customer service.
Wasted my time. Avoid.
From first click through to product quality the service at HANRO have been excellent.
Since my first HANRO order I've become a complete brand convert. The items are of sublime quality and clearly a cut above the rest in terms of finishing and durability.
Delivery was speedy and they have an easy returns service if you should need it. First class all round - Keep it up HANRO team!
Love the items, but have spent ages trying to return two pieces due to wrong sizes. Never experienced having bought something online where there was no assistance/return-label included - and simply changing these two sizes will probably end up costing me more than half of the original price of the items- if not more. Will never use their store again.
Faulty, stained item, Non existant Customer Service😡
My daughter only wore her « new » cotton lace bra for not even 2 hours and we then found a huge snag running at the front of the cup😱! On closer inspection, we also found there is a disgusting old looking stain at the front of the bra when the lace meet the cotton fabric😱!!
We just don t understand! My daughter is still very young, she does not wear any jewellery, has well kept child s nails and does not use any perfume or body lotion of any kind.
The so called « Customer Service » number is a ghost number, it is an answering machine and nobody ever picks up the phone😡my emails and photos have been ignored and I can t find any other contact to escalate. Utterly disgusted by such an awful experience, and furious one of my daughter s birthday present is ruined and nobody seems to care😡!
Am about to involve Paypal to get my money back. Never again. My sister and now her daughter, my daughter and myself are huge Hanro fans but usually buy in store, this is the 1 st and the last time we order from hanro and I SO wish I had read the reviews of all the unfortunate customers who got abused and ripped off buy this horrible company before ordering from them.

I buy all my underwear from Hanro. The quality is excellent and the garments are all made in Europe, a real plus. I have never had any problems with ordering or delivery. The orders always arrive in well packaged boxes within two days of ordering. The sales team are helpful and friendly.
- Website Experience:
a) Was charged for shipping wrongly.
b) Order was accepted but was not delivered as it was out of stock.
c) While upgrading their website they missed out on sending me the link to my account on their new website.
-Customer Service Experience:
a) 2 of my gently used Hanro boxers had concerns with the waistband so I wrote to them on 9th July 21. The concern was rejected/ignored stating that they were an old purchase.
b) I escalated my concern to the Head Manufacturing Hanro & received an apology/acknowledgment stating that this is a manufacturing defect. A refund was approved immediately on 29th July 21.
c) Intimates Lingerie UK sends me a gift voucher for the approved amount after over 2 weeks on 16th August 21! I responded back asking for a refund on 16th August 21.
d) After not hearing from Intimates Lingerie UK for over a month, I escalated my concern to their owner on 21st September 21. Here is his response:

I have looked into this matter and found that we have dealt with it promptly and efficiently all the way along the line. Indeed your previous complaints have also been dealt with very efficiently.
We are more than happy to refund you the payment but to do this we must have the same bank details that you supplied when you purchased the product.

e) Intimates Lingerie UK was adamant on only refunding the small amount of 21.50 GBP to the original payment mode but also needed the sort code which I do not have as my credit card is an international one. So after 20 emails in which I had to provide sensitive credit card/bank account details in this GDPR era, my refund was processed.
f) Intimates Lingerie UK has confirmed that they have deleted my account with them & that I am not on their mailing list anymore. I had asked them to initiate this for me.

So from 9th July 21 till 23rd September 21 (two & a half months) is what it takes a Hanro customer to get their concern resolved that too after contacting Hanro directly & following up.

Disgusting experience with the company! It was my first and last order! Found a short wavy hair stuck in the lace of the beige pair of briefs! Revolting!

Sent me the wrong items. The photo on the website did not match the items sent. I returned the package - it cost me £4. I received a refund of my original order but no refund of my return shipping. So I am out of pocket for their mistake. I cannot receive any response from my emails.
