Received promotion but after confirming order informed item is back ordered at least 4 weeks

We needed new hangers and bought a bunch of these, we ran out! Very versatile. Good looking and thin.

You have taken my $$ but failed to tell me at the time you were unable to ship my order as it is out of stock. That should be disclosed prior to me completing my order.

The hangers came on time and we’re exactly as I expected.

Informing me after I place the order that it will take 2 months to send is not acceptable, particularly when you do not offer a way to cancel the order due to the delay. You should provide an estimate for delivery before payment! Will never order from you again.

Quick service and excellent hangers at a good price, not to mention so many choices. This is why I come back to Hangers.com.

Have not received them. Credit Card has been charged, but I have not received shipping confirmation or have not received the hangers.

Got some really good customer service today. Called to inquire about my order. Needed my hangers asap. I did not know they were out of stock until Jan 2022 (probably went to junk mail) agent walked me through my alternatives and I ordered them in another color in stock and they will be sent tomorrow. Smooth and easy. Thank you.

I was very impressed with Mr. Mike F who helped me get my refund when I did't follow the procedures for returning an order. He was professional, courteous, and very attentive. The hanger break and fall apart in the middle where the seam is. I have had several break and tried to get replacements but was ignored after being contacted.

The good review is that you responded to our order, let us know when the hangers would be delivered and they were delivered as promised. We opened the box immediately and found one box inside severely crushed. The exterior shipping box was not crushed so the box was put inside in that condition. We expected 48 brand-new cute hangers with little hearts on the neck of the chrome hook. 8 were damaged. One had no heart, one had an orange heart (not part of the sets) and was obviously used and old, 2 hooks were bent and disformed and unusable and 4 had chips on the colored hearts. This is our first order and we are really disappointed that we are now short 8 12" wooden hangers. We are having a soft opening of our new boutique and hangers have been our biggest issue so far. We have taken pictures and were planning to let the company know. I am hoping the company will respond and fix this issue for us.

This is the second time I ordered from Hangers.com. This time one hanger was broken. A couple hangers had paint scratched off and one hanger was so unbalanced It doesn’t hang in the closet properly. I was disappointed with the quality control on this order

The Hangers are just as described and very good but delivery time was LONG, otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Ordered 2 boxes of hangers and was given a confirmation then was told that they did not have that type of hanger for about another month , tried to substitute it for another color but no luck. Why wasn’t I told at the time of purchase? Why take the payment then tell the customer that you don’t have the product. Not happy at all , very unprofessional.

Great experience with this company. What I ordered was actually out of stock, but they found an excellent replacement for me. I really appreciate that. They called me, we’re very personable and helpful and they got my order to me very quickly. Great customer service, and the hangers are perfect. Just what I needed. I will certainly use them again!

I placed a wrong order for pants/shorts and suit hangers on 8/28/21. The company was excellent in accepting the return.

I immediately placed another order and paid for it on 9/1/21, received order on 9/7/21. My original order consisted of 17" Natural Wood Anti-Theft Combo Hanger W/ Clips & Notches - 100 pcs & 17" Natural Wood Suit Hanger W/ Suit Bar & Notches - 100 pcs.

The replacement hangers for the 17" Natural Wood Anti-Theft Combo Hanger w/Clips & Notches - 100 pcs, were not as quality made as the originals. The hangers were not properly packaged as previously, as the hangers appeared to just just be thrown into the box. The metal clips are very hard to slide and grind. Unfortunately unable to oil, as it will stain the clothes.

My original return was received by your company on 9/10/21, but no refund has been processed.

Therefore rated a 4-star.

Why show your hangers as being available on your website when in fact they are not? It is a waste of time for customers to go through the purchasing process only to be notified they are not in stock.
