Very poor customer service once you have a loan from company and are making an enquiry, 45 minutes on hold before I was able to speak to an employee and they only responded to sent text after I had phoned. While on hold you are prompted multiple times to send an email and to expect a response in two working days - One star as no zero option! They are quick to answer option 1 calls (new customers) but option 2 (existing customer) is a piss take!

Relatively quick process. Mickey and Joshua made the whole process easy and painless.

Absolute joke of a company. Constant lies from different staff members - Riley being the worst. Do not use!!!

i recently applied for a interest review beside owning my home , 150k+ a year and 100K worth of insured car in the driveway they wanted to access my account for a 30k loan ???????????

Handypay helped us buy a much needed shed for our new home to create extra storage. This has helped us spread the cost over 12 months, with mortgage interest rates being high, trying to save chunks of money has been proving difficult. There are quite a few steps involved with the Handypay process and lots of approvals and proof of income/ outgoings that had to be sent. But we got there in the end. Thanks very much Handypay ☺️.
