I understand this is international shipping, but they didn't even ship it for 3 to 4 weeks. None of the products said they were out of stock.

Now it's going to take another 3 or 4 weeks to get here.

Don't plan on giving this as a gift. You won't get it in time.

Edit: in their response they state that they warned of delays.

They did not warn of delays. Their website said 7 to 15 days when I placed my order. In an email response to me, they blamed "Italian holidays". I looked it up and there is one holiday. How does one holiday prevent you from shipping a package for 4 weeks? I ordered Oct. 26, and it was shipped on Nov. 19. It's now been 6 weeks and still has not been received.

Again, if you plan on this for a gift, plan on having a backup.

After a month of emails back and forth I've received my order. Its a fantastic product, love it. BUT.
Customer service has been so poor. Really poor.
I realise there have been issues with your site and some of my original order [magnets] were out of stock. No problem. But now I'm being asked to pay for the magnets holders I paid for and ordered - discount of 15% + shipping £9.
So I am out of pocket for your mistake. A crazy poor attempt at customer service and retention. It's actually been a bit stressful dealing with it. I am a really positive guy and definately not a complainer but this has tipped me over the edge! Again the product is great but the rest, ahhhhhh!

Am very happy with this product, its great for home use in the shower and on holidays!

Compré dos jaboneras, uno para mi marido y otro para mí. Los he usado tal como indicaban las instrucciones, rellenando de agua el compartimento donde se coloca el jabón, agité y...muy poca espuma. Cuesta mucho que salga espuma y por lo tanto, deslice bien. Es difícil de sujetar por su forma y aunque utilices el lazo de silicola para asirlo a la muñeca, no es tan práctico como parecía. Creo que la idea es buena, pero tienen aún recorrido en la mejora del diseño para que sea cómodo y la espuma salga tal como en el anuncio.

Ho provato la spugna handson e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta, tanto che ho iniziato a regalarlo alle mie sorelle e presto anche alle amiche.
Rispetto a una spugna normale ha un piacevole effetto scrub e mi permette di insistere in alcune zone che non raggiungo in modo efficace con la spugna (es. le dita dei piedi, dietro alle orecchie). Avendo i capelli lunghi di solito mi si impigliavano sempre nella spugna, con handson questo non capita. È piacevole la profumazione e la schiuma che genera, però non lascia la pelle profumata, questa è l’unica pecca che ho riscontrato. È molto pratica da portare in viaggio.
Non ritornerei mai indietro.
Inoltre il servizio clienti è gentile, disponibile e attento; è una rarità nei casi di acquisti online che non siano di piccoli artigiani. Questo fa veramente la differenza, perché ci sono stati dei ritardi e hanno sempre risposto alle mie mail e si sono prontamente attivati per risolvere il problema. Azienda meravigliosa fatta di persone molto valide e ottimo prodotto! Grazie a tutti gli ideatori e collaboratori handson!

Veramente un prodotto insensato e inutile. É una spatola in gomma che fa anche da porta saponetta. I soldi più sprecati della mia vita. Non fa schiuma e di certo non sostituisce né la spugna, né la saponetta stessa. Per lavarsi completamente avresti bisogno di un paio di ore.

Veramente un prodotto truffa.

Se volete essere più green, risparmiate la benzina che si userebbe per la consegna di questo prodotto a casa vostra perché lo usereste forse una volta per poi riconoscere che é inutile

Il ne fait pas sortir assez de mousse pour pouvoir se laver correctement.
Au fait, la mousse sort plutôt bien quand le savon est encore neuf, bien entier.
DES que vous atteingnez la moitié du savon et qu'il commence à être de taille moyenne, votre Handso est bon pour la poubelle..!
Il ne peut plus faire sortir assez de mousse vu que le savon commence à rétrécir... Et ça bien sûr ils ne te le disent pas avant, ni dans leur pub...
Donc au fait je me retrouve à utiliser le Handso lorsque j'ai mon savon encore tout neuf, et puis 1 semaine après je prend mon gant habituel.... super.. 50€ en l'air..

Replied to my review on here, no reply to my emails asking for a refund or any update on my order at all. SCAM.
And all my emails have gone to the correct address. Next?

Das System ist super durchdacht und ich benutze es wirklich gerne. Super fürs Handgepäck!

L'idea in sé è molto carina ma la realizzazione non è all'altezza delle aspettative. Innanzitutto, non tutti i saponi sono adatti all'utilizzo di handso e quelli disponibili sul sito sono veramente pochi e poco "attraenti"...la schiuma fatica ad uscire e comunque ne esce in piccola quantità, poi il mio contenitore è rimasto letteralmente macchiato dal sapone in dotazione e le macchie non se ne vanno nemmeno lavandolo accuratamente. Per me non è promosso, anche se, ripeto, l'idea sarebbe molto intelligente.

J’ai testé directement avec un de mes savons, ça fonctionne très bien. J’apprécie qu’on puisse laisser entrouvert pour évacuer l’eau et on arrive à le manipuler même avec les mains mouillés.
Il manque juste un manche amovible pour se frotter le dos 🙂

Preso a maggio, ottimo prodotto, idealmente quello che cercavo. Peccato solo che recentemente si stiano iniziando a formare delle crepe piccoline in corrispondenza del gancetto dove va il nastrino e la linguetta in silicone, dalle crepe esce sapone e acqua quando vado ad utilizzarlo. Per il prezzo che ha è un vero peccato, però prodotto validissimo

Have to say, these things often look better on the website than they actually are. I’m pleased to say this is different.

So simple but not found anything like it elsewhere. Works exactly and as well as the video suggests, and makes using soap rather than gels a genuine alternative. I’m no eco warrior, but like to make changes where I can, and Handso makes this one possible.

Useino xa un par de veces. Funciona ben, exfolia suavemente, admite tódolos tipos de xabrón sólido, o xabrón seca ben dentro, non mancha... Moi contenta.

Mi piace usare il sapone e spero con questo, nel mio piccolo, di ridurre un pochino l'inquinamento mondiale. tra le profumazioni offerte non sempre disponibile il sambuco che tra quelle provate mi pare la migliore. Spedizione rapidissima anche se GLS non sempre all'altezza

Il portasapone è comodissimo e funziona davvero bene.
