Breach of Contract
Product ordered 7th December as Xmas present. Website clearly states delivery to UK 7-15 days. Arrived 5th January. Had to buy an alternative brand. Asked for refund to be told would have to pay for postage costs.
Incorrect ….Handly have broken the terms of the contract and under Consumer Rights Act 2013 have to provide a full refund and return postage costs. It is unlawful to ask for postage costs.
Rejected by Handly so raised a Section 75 claim with credit card company who will without doubt confirm this position.
