Dr. Jackson-Scott and his assistant Ena Doron are polite and friendly. The process is clear and easy to follow. The documents that are needed are uploaded in advance, and your tele-med appointment is set. During the tele-med appointment, Dr. Jackson-Scott discusses your medical history and what to expect next. Ena stays in contact and sends you whatever needs to be completed. You send it back, and within a few days, you have your e-signed state application.

I’ve been seeing this team for a few months and they have been very responsive to all my questions and concerns. What a great team they have built.

I had a great experience using HandicapMD for my handicap placard. The doctor did a thorough interview and was very polite, kind and understanding to my physical medical condition. He did not rush me during the interview and explained everything to me clearly and easy to understand. After reviewing my medical records, he was dumbfounded on why my primary care physician did not issue me a permanent handicap placard! I highly recommend the services offered by this company, as you will not be disappointed!
