Quality product, delivered quickly

Sent quickly and arrived in good time.

Very pleased with the performance of the controller. My old locos ran better and the modern ones were smoother. The instructions were comprehensive especially the addition of a couple of spare thermistors, just in case.

Good all round

Good fast reliable service, good prices and communication very pleased

As usual my purchase of components from Handem was swiftly dispatched, well packaged and was delivered sooner than I expected. The website is easy to read and everything I have bought was precisely as described. Will undoubtedly use Handem again.

Good stocks, quick delivery and fair prices.

Rolling Road, item arrived very quickly well packed in a sturdy tube, have run airfix, mainline, hornby and lima locos both short and long on it without problem. Very nice item and a good price, makes loco maintenance so much easier. This is my second purchase from Handem and both experiences have been excellent

Bought the rolling road tester after looking through reviews. Handem got top votes on quality and price and being long established in model railway control I bought from them with confidence. I certainly wasn't disappointed, very well made, very competitively priced, great comms and very fast delivery. Can't ask for more, highly recommended. Many thanks.

I was able to talk to someone who was able to understand exactly what I needed and deal over the phone. Item arrived next day.

Everything went as it should, good experience would use again

The item was as ordered. However the emailed statement had an incorrect wire length which I had to ensure was wrong. It took longer to arrive than expected but probably a Royal Mail issue

Very pleased with the service provided by this company, items as described, arrived very quickly and well packed.

Emailed and asked for advice to set up a controller for two trains on a Trix Twin Layout that was missing a power supply. Soon got back to me advising what model to buy.
