und bei der Reklamation dem Kunden falsche Angaben gemacht!

Fernbedienung wurde bestellt am 04.12.2023, geliefert wurde sie am 02.01.2024 (also fast 1 Monat später). Wer nun die lange Lieferzeit verursacht hat (Verkäufer oder Paketdienst), entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis. Bei entsprechend kürzerer Lieferzeit hätte ich 5 Sterne vergeben, da dass Produkt an sich völlig ok ist und der Beschreibung auf der Webpage entspricht.

DHL Lieferung - 4 Tage. Die stabile Verpackung aus recyceltem Karton habe ich sehr geschätzt. Umweltfreundlichkeit ist heutzutage sehr wichtig! Das Produkt sieht genauso aus wie auf dem Foto und funktioniert so wie es sein soll.
