Hand Dyed Shoe Co. Arvostelua

End to end service from start to finish was incredible, can not recommend enough.

This isn't just buying a pair of shoes! For a start the product is outstanding in terms of both comfort, quality and finish. The design process - in which you literally have a blank canvas with your chosen style - is limitless and fun. But its the whole experience that make more than just buying a pair of shoes! Simon and the team are passionate and committed that every customer feels special. I have the pleasure of being one of the first to own a pair of Lady Bovine. It will not be my last Trip to The Presidents Suite at Ushaw College. Thank you. x

I bought the shoes as a Christmas present for my partner Mel, and they are magnificent the colours and style perfect exactly what he ordered and the fit is fabulous he said they feel like a pair of slippers, I could not recommend you highly enough and I know he will definitely order another pair , Thank you for a truly wonderful experience .

Absolute gentleman. Loved the experience with Simon - made you feel special and nothing was too much trouble
Shoes came even better than I thought they would - v pleased
Means I can now bring out the other shoes in my collection out that were for ‘best’ as these have taken over!
Thanks !

HDSCO provide some of the finest footwear you could adorn your feet with. Great job Simon and co.

2nd pair and just as impressed as first, beautifully made boots.
Thanks once again.

It's an absolute pleasure to support this excellent business.

Every contact with Simon is handled with courtesy and respect and the buying experience is second to none.

From selection, through to order and despatch, you are kept informed every step (pardon the pun) of the way and questions are answered with patience and care for your requirements - importantly, you are never sold to.

Unfortunately, face to face appointments are not possible due to current restrictions but my online purchase was excellent with prompt responses to my questions and an amazing pair of shoes delivered very quickly.

If you're in the market for a beautifully crafted, high-quality pair of shoes, Simon and the Hand Dyed Shoe Company is the only place you need to concider

Having previously had boots made by the Hand-dyed Shoe Company, I recently took the opportunity to purchase a pair from their stock. These were made to the same excellent standards, were very comfortable and looked great. As always, Simon – the founder – provided excellent service and I am very happy with all three pairs.

Over recent years I had tended to buy my shoes from Church's; however, with the Hand-dyed Shoe Company I can design my own shoes, selecting from a wide range of styles, leather patterns and colours. As they are made individually to fit my feet, they win hands down, in my view, and when I need high-quality footwear then the Hand-dyed Shoe Company will be my first port of call. Thank you.

A fabulous experience having a bespoke pair of boots designed by Simon. Can't wait for my next visit!

Superb products, amazing service just makes you want to go back and buy more, support the business and see it grow, expand and become a brand recognised for pure quality...

Amazing shoes and quick delivery. A real personal touch. It is great to support UK brands who are doing it right rather than just buying off the shelf products from brands who do not care. Keep up the amazing work!

I am extremely pleased with the 2 pairs of shoes purchased from Simon. Quality is exceptional and the fit perfect. Highly recommended.
Customer service is excellent

Great service from everyone at hand dyed shoes, it was everything I expected and more.

Once again, Simon and Hand Dyed Shoe provided me with a great looking and fitting pair of shoes.

Excellent service and experience from start to finish. It was booked as a surprise for my 30th birthday. The workshop is set in a lovely old building and was easy to find after following the instructions. Once inside you have an interesting lesson in the different styles and features alongside a custom fitting followed by the design process itself. I found being able to touch and handle the different styles and materials very helpful. The guys have created a brilliant package and after realising I wanted more than one pair I opted for the deal that gives you a pair of boots, shoes and trainers plus the trees for them too! Everything was explained properly and the time lines etc to manage my expectations. The shoes arrived well within the time frame given and they are unreal. The fit is better than anything I have ever had before and the quality and finish far surpassed what I could have imagined. I will get so much wear out of them and the fact I can send them to be repaired and refreshed should I need is a great comfort. We loved the experience so much that I am going to treat my partner in the new year to the newly released ladies range. Thank you for a great experience and service!

The whole process from start to finish was excellent and was made to feel a valued customer. From receiving the gift box with great little touches to visiting the studio for the shoe fitting to then receiving the shoes exactly when we were told (and in the middle of a lockdown!). The knowledge and enthusiasm that Simon had for his craft was evident to see and the whole process was a wonderful personalised experience that you just don’t get elsewhere. Plus the quality and uniqueness of the shoes was fabulous. Definitely recommend!

Amazing experience and fantastic shoes in the best setting I’ve ever shopped in.
Simon is so attentive and guides you through the process and the quality of finish when my shoes arrives was second to none.

Awesome experience for my 50th birthday. My shoes have just arrived and I LOVE them. Just need to get out of Tier 3 so I can show them off! Would highly recommend!!

Excellent service from start to the finished product and arrival, well done Simon & team. This is a 40th present that will last for years.

My Shoes arrived last week and i have been wearing round the house to check them out. Apart from looking great they feel very comfortable. Which should be no suppose given the time taken to get all the measurement just right. Including high insteps and long bridge. (They know what i mean.)

A big thank you to the Hand Dyed Shoe Company for finally giving me a pair of shoes that i can be sure fit correctly. We just need a non covid event to show them off.
