In the interest of being honest to the point of ad verbatim responses and to include dates as a timeline. And to meet Trustpilot's guidelines. I have revised to include these naturally. HC personally contacted me out of the blue 18th Aug 22 Wanted to help my business. And here (Trustpilot's guidelines suggest omitting business names that are not the reviewed) Great! The first meeting Tues 23rd Aug 22 was rescheduled to 2nd Sept 22 And on the day. I called in to the meeting only to find nobody there. I was waiting for 15 minutes connected to the meeting call by myself. (I took a screenshot) I ended the meeting call and called direct. I took screenshots. " Sorry I forgot" I was told. I received a 30 minute reminder beforehand! During the course of the second call I had to make. My design were insulted with the following "Nobody would hire you as your images are blurry!" (they are designed for a phone specifically) My choice! The discussion turned to area. What location I want to work in- Where my home/area then insulted. "The houses are cheap! £200-250k" was mentioned specifically. Then I get aggressive behaviour calls. I don't want help from HC Marketing Ltd. Nor did I solicit it. Short experience perhaps- but nonetheless real and alarming. Having sent multiple complaint emails about the above on the dates mentioned. None of which were answered. I received 7th Sept 22 a letter threatening me and I quote "legal remedies" I replied with a cease and desist letter dated 7th Sept 22 and sent via email 8th Sept 22. Which was also ignored - with the response instead which I have decided to copy and paste below. The complaints process seems to be lost/non existent at the company reviewed here. Rather than answer the detailed complaints in full with an apology. The response instead is to send blackmail/harassment/threats (all 3 words I feel are apt at describing what I have received and experienced) using someone else's wording. Included here is the latest I received today 8th Sept 22. I wish I could add screenshots or photo's of the same. I would most certainly do so! *Trustpilot Please add that option for people. Trustpilot is a platform like any other, to help people navigate businesses and make informed choices by real experiences. The experience (Mine) might be short- might be limited- but it was horrifying!!

Should you fail to remove incriminating online posts by the date mentioned in the Cease and Desist letter delivered to you on Wednesday 9th September, I will proceed with Defamation Lawsuit on the grounds of libel.
