I am currently trying to return 2 dresses to this co due to poor fit. The co will not return these dresses will only or a 30% credit on something else or pay $14 per dresses to return. On their site it says easy returns, not true StAy away
I ordered several items. They took a while to arrive and when they did they are very poor quality and the sizing was very inconsistent. I have contacted the company to return the products but I am having a very hard time. They will not offer a full refund and it has taken over a week to get any kind of further communication. DO NOT ORDER from this company!!!
I expected higher quality, looked nothing like the picture and color was much darker than I expected, Shameful, they made it seem like a US Company. I didn’t expect a cheap knockoff from China. Do not purchase from this Company unless You don’t care about the look. I bought this for My Granddaughters wedding, not this dress and I only have 3 weeks to find a new one!
Wrong size, wrong color horrible cheep fabric. Website makes it seem like they are in the US. NOT !! comes from China.

I purchased a dress advertised as “flowing chiffon fabric,” but received an open, mesh-like material that was clearly not as described. When I requested a return, Halston Grey repeatedly offered partial refunds or store credit instead of a prepaid return label, while expecting me to pay international shipping to Asia.
I ultimately disputed the charge with Visa, provided photos and documentation, and Visa ruled in my favor and refunded my purchase.
Based on my experience, I would recommend buyers proceed with caution.
This is an absolute scam company! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I bought a dress and my event was cancelled and I tried to return the dress completely unworn and unopened within their stated 14 day money back guarantee and was told no because apparently there was nothing wrong with the dress. I have not worn it because there’s no need to as MY EVENT WAS CANCELED so I am paying the price because of things out of my control. BUY FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY AND DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY! It also took almost a month to receive the dress so I wouldn’t have gotten the dress in time to wear it event if the event had not been canceled!
