A nice clearly presented web site, easy to find the wheel(s) you want. Product description and options very easy. Ordering was easy. Delivery was well packaged and very quick, they didn't use the cheapest parcel force courier, so tracking was also pretty good. if your buying halo it you know what to expect from the product, right now the experience is good and direct from supplier, some bike shops can take longer and use lower quality shipping services.

My son races BMX & having spoken to various other riders & also watched the sponsored you tube videos, he wanted Halo wheels for his jump bike build.
Being a leading brand you expect premium prices & usually a lack of customer service however Halo were different.
I contacted the staff & they were extremely helpful, with no pressure selling.
I finally decided to buy him the parts he needed as the wheels themselves were cheaper from an online retailer, which is my only negative point.
Other than this, I would highly recommend & it’s easy to see why they are the market leaders. The parts ordered arrived the following day.

3rd freehub after about four yrs not good!only used on a road bike about 150 mile a month poor quality.emailed halo but no help considering there supposed to be five Yr warranty?

Solid components, great price

This was a great purchase, I had a couple of questions that I needed to answer before buying this wheel set. Both were answered quickly by the sails guys. The wheels were with me very quickly and are top notch.
