Halo’s London Arvostelua 

My order for 12mm ball stud earrings was confirmed on 8th May, I received on 13th May and I emailed info@ to let them know the wrong size studs were delivered. Was promptly asked to send an image showing proof the size was incorrect and I emailed a photo back to the email address I was contacted on an @outlook.com 14 minutes later. Since that time, I have repeatedly emailed various Halo email addresses and used the return link to complete an online form, but heard nothing back from them again. I have completely lost trust in this business and I don't believe they want to rectify their mistakes so customers end up paying for them. I would like to receive resolution from the company in a public space so they can prove they are serious about customer service.
Obviously returning the item for a refund means I don’t get what I thought I was purchasing, and I’ve spent a lot of time and effort having to jump through your hoops. Not a good experience. I don’t know why I would use you again if this is potentially the outcome.

I have ordered from Halo's London before because the quality is 10/10 I literally wear the earrings everyday and they still look brand new. Definitely my go-to when I need gold jewelry that actually lasts. I recommend this company the delivery is also quick. Can't complain at all.

no tracking provided, no order number or confrimation provided. Hadn't been shipped in a working week and no reply from emails. Finally got through on live chat and was told "order cancelled". Wasted a week waiting for a gift.

I love these white gold hoops .. perfect size and not flimsy but solid . They look great and I definitely won’t be losing them with the safe closures.

I paid for this product 13/03 and it hasnt arrived (today is 25/03) because Evri have lost or stolen it. It has been out for delivery since 18/03. Evri have stated that they cannot find it, and that it is probably lost. Halos London did not want to refund straight away (as this would invalidate their own claim) as Evri have not marked it officially as lost (which i can't get them to do because they are a bunch of bots who can't pick up a phone) so basically whether it is a week, month, year... customer has to wait, out of pocket and with no product. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the retailer are responsible for the item until it is in my possession.

Update- i finally started getting a surplus of replies once i left a bad review. To my surprise, evri found the parcel for once, i have collected and opened the earrings and they are awful. They are difficult to open, you have to really pull and bend them and getting them in has been impossible. My ears were swollen for 2 days after trying to get them in. They are rigid and do not operate like any earrings i have owned in 30 years. I have not worn them as it is impossible to put them in and i do not qualify for a refund according to Halos. It has been a horrendous experience start to finish with Halos and i have forwarded all evidence to my bank.

Avoid this company. They do not havr a function to allow me to review on their own website, which is not right either, essentially I've been silenced.

Bought the 18ct gold basket earrings as they looked so similar to a pair I was given as a gift from a family member abroad but I sadly lost one of them. So I was really pleased to have discovered Halo’s! Excellent price and great quality, the clasp is sturdy. Very fast delivery and good packaging as well.

Absolutely chuffed with my new earrings. They arrived fairly quick even though they came from China. Real silver and exactly the same, perfect quality earrings sold by a big brand for about 10 times the price.
The site also gave me the option of a pair of free earrings, which arrived first cos I think they were sent from the UK.
Definitely recommend.

I ordered two bracelets. I paid £60. I received one bracelet. I then contacted the company , they asked for photographs I sent your photographs. I also sent them numerous emails , messages. I asked them to phone me ,they’re still not giving me a refund. I’m going through the bank to get a refund. Be aware of this company. Do not buy they rip you off. I ordered two bracelets only received one and they won’t give me a refund cause they don’t believe it. It was packed wrongly in China.

Got reply from company even after sending photos and emails, they say this is not proof, seems their stock answer when they don’t want to admit mistakes, going through fraud department at bank to recoup my money

Avoid these scammers!
I ordered 2 items in October, received one item only in November, have been emailing them since with no response. I’ve used all possible channels from customer service email to the chat on their website to IG. No response!
They’ll take your money and ghost you, be warned.
Update: after posting this review they have responded and issued a refund
