I found the service and response of this travel agency especially the services I received from Elsi Jeff to be excellent.
I would definitely give a 5-stars to Elsi Jeff. My questions were promptly responded to, Elsi provided me with different options, understood my budget, and tried best to work within my budget.
I was presented with different packages, and options and explained in detail how the packages work. I had changed my dates and destination a few times, Elsi Jeff was very very patient with me and helped me in all possible ways.
I would highly recommend contacting Elsi for your next vacation booking.

Now let me tell you , I never used a travel agent for booking due to previous bad experiences and I travel a lot . However, Robert has changed the game for me . I just concluded a booking to Dubai for my birthday in October . Robert was super patient with me because I was undecided on destination . I finally decided and he gave me exactly the hotels I wanted and even threw in a surprise upgrade for my birthday . Booking was super stress free, seamless and effective. I would like to state that Elsie Jeff…
I would like to state that Elsie Jeff is such a wonderful human being. My family planned to have a family getaway and do the Dubai trip. But my mother was diagnosed with Cancer again after her 6 year period of being a survivor. Our family trip is on hold until she fights her battle. Elsie was so understanding and her humanity kicked and said worry about your mother when all is well she will be their for our family to take a celebration trip. I want to say even though we did not get to fulfill our vacation. We are so happy to have met Elsie and because of her beautiful soul we will definitely finalize our trip with Haloflights. GOD bless.
