Hi, I saw the advertisement and was just thinking about it. After emailing back and forth with Eric, I was definitely convinced this is where we should go to celebrate our special occasion. Eric was great all around. He planned a wonderful vacation for us and we can’t wait. He definitely went above and beyond and was very patient. Thanks again Eric.

I have been communicating with Ryan Jackson for the past few weeks trying to book an international trip. I really had no idea on exactly where I wanted to go, and Ryan was extremely helpful in coming up with some great options. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He never hesitated to send me hotel, flight, etc information for any destinations which I had also suggested. What really surprised me though, was how available he was at all times. It didn't matter what day or time that I sent him a message he was very prompt on getting right back to me. I have never used a Company like this before to book a trip, but I would definitely recommend Halo Travel and especially Ryan if you are planning a vacation. This is my second time using Halo. The first experience was last year when they helped me orchestrate and plan a wonderful trip to BOTH Dubai and the Maldives. The trip itself was fantastic but the experience booking the trip was seamless.

For this time around, I wanted something a little closer, tropical and all-inclusive. I was unsure where we would go.

I contacted Halo on 5/20/2024, and was quickly greeted by my coordinator, Steve Smith. He asked several questions as far as destinations, timeframe for travel and budget. He provided several options that met the criteria.

Steve was very patient and provided excellent suggestions and feedback. He provided links to different resorts, included the amenities and prices. Also gave us several departure dates and option of airports to help minimize the cost. We never felt pressured to make a choice and Steve was very understanding.

I was still undecided, and after several days of going back and forth, we finally made a choice and are eagerly waiting for the time to depart.

We are already thinking about our next destination and will definitely use Halo again.
