From the start a very positive attitude from the staff polite and helpful. Both the pick-up and drop off drivers were polite and helpful.
The workmanship on my car was done to a high standard and the guarantee that they give with their work is superb. The paintwork match with my car is excellent.

The bristol team were exceptional. My car was hit and run a few weeks prior to repair and this was organised via insurance company. The team explained the process clearly, kept regular contact and were all extremely polite and helpful. Special mention to Pete who came to collect my car who was helpful and kind. Very trustworthy, car looks great and very friendly service. Would recommend.

Review of Halo Shoreham. Care
Collected 3 hours later than promised. Courtesy car a Nissan Duke, as no other automatic was available . I did say to lady who delivered it that I am 84 and have never driven a vehicle of this size, keyless, brakeless and ultramodern. So had no car.to drive. Asked for payment of excess which I immediately paid by BACS. Then asked twice more, until finally checked with finance.Car was collected on Wednesday 15th and was told would delivered on Thursday. Finally called and was told Door had been delivered to another depot. Promised car return on Friday, then told Saturday between 8and 11am. No car. Unable to contact anyone.Another wasted day. Today Monday after 15 minutes on phone someone answered and eventually put me through to repairs. I was told there had been a problem with the door which had to be sprayed. It would be delivered today.As I had a long-awaited hospital appointment,I had to try to contact them as I had to tell them to deliver my car after 1pm.It is almost impossible to contact Halo Shoreham by phone as they are are always engaged and was told II should not hang up after many minutes and should have more patience. Totally frustrating experience.

Brilliant service from Halo Doncaster. I didn’t even have to go in they picked my car up fixed it and dropped it back off when it was done. They gave me a courtesy car as well which made things a lot easier everyone was really nice and the whole thing was smooth and stress free. Would definitely recommend.
