I cannot get fruit like this where I live. The grapefruit and oranges were so sweet and juicy. If I were wealthy I would have them delivered every week.

I have received boxes of fruit from Hale Groves as a gift in previous years and they are alway so delicious. This year I sent some as gifts and have received very enthusiastic thank you's and comments as to how wonderful the fruit tastes. The gift boxes were delivered during the timeframe quoted by Hale Groves website.
Recipetant said oranges were could have been sweeter.......but in all fairness neither one of us knew anything about HONEYBELLS.........grapefruit was good
I know fruit has good years and bad years, and I'm wondering if this was not a great year for citrus fruit. The honeybells were moist and good but a little watery, and one of the grapefruit was tough. I am a little disappointed, because the price is significantly higher than I would be paying in my (admittedly upscale) grocery store, but the fruit is pretty much the same.
Honey bells and red grapefruit both absolutely AMAZING!!! And you were right about needing a napkin to catch the juice. Hurt my heart to see that yummy juice disappear into a napkin instead of going down my gullet. I sent a small box to about 15 people and they ALL were
