We are sorry to learn that you were disappointed with your order.

All of our art prints are produced from the artwork displayed on each product page and are printed on the paper option selected at checkout. Our Museum Quality paper refers to the archival quality, durability, and premium finish of the paper itself.

Many of the artworks in our collection are historical paintings or vintage prints. As such, they naturally retain characteristics of the original source material, including texture, grain, brushstrokes, or softer details.

We wish you had contacted us before leaving your review, as we are always happy to investigate any concerns and work with our customers to find an appropriate solution. If you contact us with your order number and photos of the prints you received, we will gladly review your order and assist you further.

Hello,

We're very sorry to hear that your order has still not been delivered.

We have been actively monitoring the shipment from our side as well. We noticed that the tracking unexpectedly stopped updating around 15 July, before resuming on 22 July, at which point multiple failed delivery attempts were recorded by the carrier.

Based on the tracking information available to us, we genuinely believed the carrier had contacted you regarding the delivery. Unfortunately, we had access to the same tracking updates as you and were not informed of any issue before then.

We completely understand how frustrating this experience has been, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the carrier. We are continuing to follow up on this shipment and will make sure a suitable solution is found if the parcel cannot be delivered.

Bonjour,

Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que votre expérience n'a pas répondu à vos attentes.

Suite à votre demande, l'une de vos commandes a été annulée et remboursée avant expédition. Concernant l'article reçu, vous nous avez ensuite contactés afin de solliciter un retour et un remboursement. Nous vous avons confirmé qu'un remboursement serait effectué dès réception de l'article retourné, conformément à notre procédure habituelle.

À ce jour, nous n'avons malheureusement pas reçu le colis de retour. D'après les informations que vous nous avez communiquées, celui-ci vous aurait été réexpédié par le transporteur.

Nous tenons à préciser que nous ne refusons pas les retours conformes à notre politique et que nous restons disponibles pour trouver une solution dès que la situation du colis sera clarifiée.

Notre service client a déjà repris contact avec vous afin de poursuivre le traitement de votre dossier.
