The service was great but results are what really matter and let’s just say it’s wasn’t mine weren’t good after 2 trips and around £4-5k and my hair loss wasn’t as bad as others who seemed to have much better results, I can no longer have a shaved head due to over harvesting it looks like I have some kind of skin disease from the scars, still have a birds nest on the top of my head and the hair doesn’t grow more than 2 inches max just be careful a hair transplant is never a one and done thing you will always need to top it up until you run out of money or hair to take….

Ich habe mir letzte Woche Haare einsetzen lassen und bin rundum sehr zufrieden. Schon die Kontaktaufnahme verlief unkompliziert und professionell. Der gesamte Service war hervorragend – vom Transfer bis zur Unterkunft, die wirklich sehr schön war.

Auch am Tag der OP lief alles bestens. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das gesamte Team war kompetent, aufmerksam und hat sich hervorragend um mich gekümmert. Die Behandlung selbst wurde sehr sorgfältig und professionell durchgeführt.

Insgesamt habe ich mich während des gesamten Aufenthalts bestens aufgehoben gefühlt und kann die Klinik mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

Notice how most of these reviews don't talk about the final results a year after the transplant? I had 5000 grafts and I still look basically the same. They give you all types of hype about how thick your hair with look, which is total BS. Get your transplant in the best place in the world where the best medical facilities are which is new york city. It will be more expensive but it will look better. I would suggest bosley for example. What a disappointment. Sure the doctors were pretty young women. Big deal.

Je tiens à mettre en garde toute personne envisageant de faire confiance à Hair Palace. Cette expérience a été non seulement décevante, mais elle m'a coûté financièrement : à cause de leurs exigences administratives et médicales irréalistes et impossibles à obtenir dans les délais impartis, j'ai tout simplement perdu mon billet d'avion et mes jours de congés.
​Au-delà de cette perte sèche, la prestation est largement en dessous des standards actuels des cliniques expertes en Turquie :
​La logistique est médiocre : contrairement à d'autres établissements qui assurent une prise en charge complète (transferts aéroport-hôtel-hôpital), ici le service est minimaliste.
​Le rapport qualité-prix est décevant : des technologies avancées, des séances de laser, des injections de plasma, ou même des accessoires de protection post-opératoire (oreiller, couvre-chef) sont inclus ailleurs, mais absents ou en supplément ici.
​L'aspect humain est déplorable : le personnel, notamment Alexander, a fait preuve d'une attitude condescendante, et le discours marketing visant à justifier dès le départ une deuxième intervention obligatoire est très peu professionnel.
​En résumé, les économies apparentes coûtent très cher en fin de compte. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette clinique. Je détaillerai l'intégralité de cette mésaventure, preuves à l'appui, dans une prochaine vidéo sur ma chaîne.

Seit dem ersten Telefonat bis zur Behandlung bin ich sehr zufrieden. Ein tolles Team, welches jederzeit auf mein Wohlbefinden geachtet hat. Ich kann zum Ergebnis noch nichts sagen. Der Service war bisher sehr gut.

Der gesamte Prozess von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur abgeschlossenen Haartransplantation war durch eine sehr freundliche Kommunikation, professionelle Beratung und transparente Informationen begleitet. Die gesamte Koordination und Organisation auch bezüglich der Anreise, Unterkunft und aller anderen praktischen Angelegenheiten hat reibungslos funktioniert und es wurden alle meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Unterkunft war ausgesprochen angenehm und ruhig, gut ausgestattet und sehr nahe an der Klinik gelegen.

Die Behandlung selbst verlief schmerzfrei und entspannt, ich bin sogar mehrere Male während des Eingriffs eingeschlafen. Die eigenen Wünsche zur Verteilung der Haare wurden voll und ganz berücksichtigt und ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis.

Ich konnte meine persönliche Betreuerin während der Zeit vor und nach der Behandlung jederzeit mailen oder anrufen, meine Fragen wurden stets freundlich und kompetent beantwortet und auf alle Anliegen wurde eingegangen.

Der Preis ist im Vergleich zur Qualität der Behandlung ausgesprochen günstig und das Ergebnis ist den Preis wirklich wert.

Ich kann Hair Palace als Klinik jedem empfehlen, der vorhat, wieder ein neues Lebensgefühl mit vollem Haar zu genießen. Ich habe von Anfang an der Kompetenz und Professionalität dieser Klinik und aller Mitarbeiter vertraut und wurde voll und ganz darin bestätigt.

I’m really disappointed with Hair Palace. The aftercare is absolutely rubbish. My hair has not grown much at all and I’ve also developed a white spot at the back of my head which has me worried.

I have tried contacting them multiple times for advice and support but I’ve had no reply. Once they’ve got all the money and done the surgery, that’s it — you won’t hear from them again.

I expected much better support and communication, especially after a procedure like this. I wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.

Ich habe gestern meine Haartransplantation durchführen lassen und bin rundum begeistert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den hervorragenden Dolmetscher, der alles klar und verständlich vermittelt hat, sodass ich mich jederzeit bestens aufgehoben gefühlt habe. Die Ärztin war äußerst freundlich, rücksichtsvoll und sehr kompetent.

Das gesamte Team arbeitete hochprofessionell, war stets freundlich und hervorragend organisiert. Vom ersten Gespräch an verlief alles reibungslos und strukturiert. Insgesamt kann ich die Behandlung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – hier passt einfach alles!

I've had a very positive experience at hairpalace. From the very beginning, the entire process was handled in a very organised and professional manner.

Alexandra Kuti was very helpful and consise with all the preparations and any concerns I had.

Despite my flight being delayed by 1/2 an hour, my driver Adam was kindly waiting and keeping track of the flight! I enjoyed his company on the way to the apartment and his humour helped put me at ease!

The accommodation was modern, clean, secure and comfortable with digital access.

On the day of the procedure, I was greeted at the clinic by Reka who was very polite, handled the paperwork and preparing me for the procedure as well as arranging lunch with kind, friendly professionalism. She also gave me company during my mid procedure break which was nice alongside putting on Netflix for me to watch during implantation :)

I would like to thank Dr Neomi Vida for her friendly, polite professionalism. She handled the hair restoration procedure with upmost care and gentleness ensuring that I was kept comfortable at all times. Dr Noemi took into account my request on how I would like the hair to be distributed with her expert opinion.

She answered any question I had during pre and post consultation and ensured I was completely informed about post procedure care.

I was informed "meticulously" about the after care especially the critical first week post procedure.

Expérience assez intéressante. L’Équipe à été aux petits soins du début à la fin de mon séjour à la clinique et l’intervention s’est très bien déroulée. J’ai ressenti quelques douleurs lors de l’application de l’anesthésie mais sans plus. Je tiens à remercier le docteur Csilla Kelemen et Madame la Traductrice qui ont été très professionnelles. L’appartement est très récent et commode et se situe à 10 minutes à pied de la clinique. La clinique HairPalace est définitivement une excellente option pour ceux qui cherchent une intervention de qualité dans un environnement professionnel et accueillant. I have undergone three hair transplant procedures. One in a high end clinic in Germany using robotic extraction and two at HairClinic with Dr Kovacs Kitti and her team. Having this broad experience allows me to give an informed comparison of different clinics, staff, techniques, and most importantly results.

At HairClinic every step of the process was handled with professionalism and care. The success of such a procedure depends not only on the doctor's skill but also on aligning expectations, discussing graft distribution, and providing clear pre and post operation guidance. Dr Kitti and her staff excelled in all these areas. Instructions were provided both in print and by email with helpful online resources, showing the clinic’s deep commitment to patient success before, during, and after surgery.

The facility is spotless and well organized. Dr Kitti personally performed every stage of the procedure including extraction, site creation, and implantation with precision and consistency. Each graft was carefully counted, every implant was checked and secured twice, and the area was continuously cleaned throughout the process. Everything was done efficiently and with a smile.

In my experience, my first procedure in Germany yielded only partial success, mainly due to poor planning and distribution. The second procedure by Dr Kitti produced astonishing results after a year, and I have just completed my third one, which already looks extremely promising. I have full confidence that the final results will be excellent.

Dr Kovacs Kitti and her team are professional, skilled, attentive, and genuinely invested in their patients' outcomes. I can wholeheartedly recommend HairClinic to anyone considering a hair transplant. The difference in care and precision is remarkable.

BEWARE AND GO TO ANOTHER CLINIC:
I went to Hair palace in the summer of 2023. They asked me to specify how many hairs I want in zone 3 (the back). I entered 1300 hairs, and zone 1 (the front). I wrote 3,226 hairs for a total of 4,526 hairs. They treated me nicely, the apartmnet/hotel they provided was 2nd or 3rd class, but they treated me nicely nonetheless. During the surgery there were moments of great pain and moments of lesser pain. But I took the pain without complaining. Today over 2 years later, I basically look the same...unbelievable! I went back and forth with them telling them that the transplant basically didn't do much of anything and no way does it look like 3,226 hairs were transplanted in the front and 1300 hairs were transplanted in the back. To me it looks like only 50 hairs were transplanted in the back and maybe 100 hairs were transplanted in the front. Then they have the nerve to tell me maybe more hairs fell out in the year after my surgery?? Oh what a coincidence!! Right after they gave me a hair transplant the other hairs on my crown decided to fall out?!?! What BS. I will provide my before and after photos if you would like me to. I can be reached at nitehrt at nyc.rr.com. In addition, when my hair is shaved short, it looks like the right side of my face is scarred. I thought this surgery has no scarring??? Ich hatte gestern meine Haartransplantation und bin rundum zufrieden. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Unterkunft modern und sauber und auch bei der Organisation hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Es wurde mir alles genau erklärt und ich fühlte mich wirklich gut aufgehoben.

C'est ma deuxième intervention chez Hair Palace. J'avais fait la zone frontale l'année dernière et attendu quelque temps pour donner un avis et déjà au bout de 4 mois j'étais satisfait, après un an c'est encore mieux.
C'est pourquoi je suis naturellement retourné dans cette clinique pour la suivante. J'ai à nouveau demandé le docteur Csilla kelemen qui a été très douce et très à l'écoute. Je la remercie donc pour cette nouvelle intervention sans oublier toute son équipe qui l'assiste et qui eux aussi font du très bon travail.
Enfin je tiens également a remercier Reka mon interprète pour cette journée avec qui l'échange fut très agréable et qui a été aux petits soins pour moi.
En ce qui concerne tout ce qui est organisation ( transport,logement,etc) tout est parfait également et fait pour nous simplifier la vie.
Un grand merci et hâte de voir les résultats dans quelques mois qui je l'espère seront aussi bons que les premiers.

I'm 56 and I had 5,000 hairs transplanted to the crown of my head in mid-April 2025. From start to finish, everything went well; from the airport taxi to the visit to a clinic for a blood test; plenty of time to see Budapest; the big day itself - an early start and the surgery finished around 4.30pm; then a walk along the Danube. The anesthetic sometimes nips a bit, but the hair transplant process is painless. The Hair Palace team of four worked hard all day, plus the other support staff. The young man shaved my hair except at the front, so I looked like Johnny Rotten from the Sex Pistols. Two and a half months later, the 'new' hair is very slowly coming through. What joy. One tip, you need to be extra careful you don't disturb the new grafts when sleeping if you get a hair transplant on the top of your head like me.
