HAIRGLO Arvostelua 

I ordered a bunch of hair products from Hairglo, including the Alikay Naturals Shea Yogurt Hair Moisturizer 8oz. But when I got the package, I realized something wasn't right – the stuff inside didn't match the label. It was the same as another product I've used for years, the Alikay Naturals Moisture Rich Hair Parfait 8oz. I quickly contacted Hairglo, sending them a picture to show what went wrong.

They got back to me, saying sorry and Highlighted that they have dispatched a replacement of the correct order. They also mentioned they'd arrange to pick up the wrong products. I said I was cool with that and excited to get the right stuff.

However, I got a message from DPD, saying they were coming to collect the wrong product first, which wasn't what we agreed on in the first email. Confused, I reached out to Hairglo, and they explained that their policy is to send the wrong product back before sending a replacement. This was a letdown, especially considering the mix-up in the packaging.

I checked their website, hoping to find clarity in their policies, but it didn't help. I'm pretty disappointed with how things have been handled – it feels a bit all over the place. The suspicion that they might be selling lower-quality products is growing, especially with the mix-up in packaging.

I just want my money back for the product or the right stuff sent to me. I will "only" accommodate either you do a replacement first or you arrange same courier to deliver the replacement and collect the wrong product- due to the inconsistency of your communications. I attached some pictures and their policies from the website to show what I mean. When you're in the business of selling things, being open and making customers happy is crucial. Real apologies and fixing mistakes go a long way in gaining trust. It's important to sell what you promise and not leave room for doubts about your products.

Always a professional experience. I've been driving many miles to visit this outlet for some time now. They are polite, honest and knowledgeable about their products. I spent a considerable amount of time selecting my products, and received personal respectful service throughout. Love this BOB. We need a chain, so people get buying. You won't be dissapointed with the product lines and mostly the customer service is second to none.

Impressed that they went out of their way to phone me to clarify my online order ,of which l had made a mistake of ordering products that do not go together :) They even shipped my products express delivery as a result .Keep up the good work :)

Not happy. Ordered hair on 22nd Jan standard delivery and it's only just arrived today. Except, I actually didn't receive the order. The driver dumped my package at a post office that isn't even my nearest! I don't have the time to pick it up as I'm working during their opening hours.

I was very specific with my instructions yet they weren't followed. DPD refuse to engage in communication so I don't know at this point!

In store staff are helpful and friendly and their website is easy to use.

My only criticism is that I hadn’t found them sooner. Keep up the good work !

Great choice, great prices, great service, and also a black owned business. I will be doing my hair shopping from here from now on.
