The company needs to improve communications while it’s shipping products takes long time like a month to come, so it’s obvious clients thinks it fraud, even it’s not, they deliver too late, and the hair size are realistic, hairy stinky needs be washed but it’s a good quality human hair needs to be longer in length but I would buy even though was headaches delivery improve communications and have WhatsApp app to communicate with clients but thanks

I unfortunately got scammed like the rest of these people. I wish I would’ve looked up independent reviews on this company before buying my micro loop extensions. I emailed them asking when they would ship them because it already been a week and they said they would ship it in two days after three days I emailed them back never heard back from them, don’t be like us don’t order from this website

Ich habe mir dort Extensions bestellt am 24 Januar. Habe bis heute keine Lieferung erhalten. Das Geld haben Sie sofort abgebucht. Hat keinen Tag gedauert da war das geld schon weg. Sie werben damit das die Lieferung in 2-4 Tagen da ist was demnach garnicht so ist. Habe ihnen eine e mail geschrieben mit meiner bestellnummer wo meine lieferung sei. Die Antwort war dieser wurde ausgeliefert. Habe heute immernoch keine Lieferung erhalten. Reinste abzocke!!! ein Saftladen! würde ich niemanden empfehlen.

Absolutely terrible, I have a lot of experience with hair extensions and these are definitely not 100% human hair, I queried with customer service who said they would forward my question to the factory and get back to me. Fast-forward 10 months, never got a response, unable to get money back, feel completely scammed.

I've ordered from this site a couple of times before, and I always have to dye the extensions, because they do not match the color description provided online. Most recently, I ordered brown extensions and the extensions I received are blonde. I had to dye them to match my natural hair color, which unnecessarily damages the extensions.
I just ordered a new pair of extensions a couple weeks ago, and I also noticed how extremely thin the hair is. There is barely enough hair at the top to cover the clips, let alone how much thinner it gets at the bottom.
I will not be ordering from here again. I can get much higher quality extensions with better customer service for only a little higher price elsewhere.

I am a stylist and have ordered tape-in,u-tip and clip ins with no issue. ordered a client of mine as well of myself a pair of the halo extensions. Both sets, the wire broke. my clients broke within 5 days, mine just after wearing them only 4 times. very expensive and not good quality. i had the BABE halo extensions for 4 years with no breaks. i wish they still sold them :( wrote them to try to exchange, no reply. tried again and got an automated response. Very dissapointed as I told my client it was always great quality. i cannot fix for her, or return so i feel like as her stylist i failed her.

This is the slowest company ever!! I will NOT order from this company again! They dont send updates on your purchase at all I still am waiting on my items! Ladies order American!!

Ordered over a month ago and still waiting on my package. Very disappointed as I was meant to wear the hair at my son's birthday party!

After purchasing I read horrible reviews. I was getting worried about this being a rip off however, the product was the quality of the price. They did take a while to ship my products and overall it was hard to get in contact with them. I did have to threaten to dispute my charges, but they did come in. They actually came in today. i ordered almost a month ago. despite all of the troubles i had to go through, the quality would good. i’m not sure if i would purchase again but i would if it didn’t take so long. They are a bit shiny but one wash can take it away. They are alittle thin so i did have to buy 2 packs.

I thought this company looked reputable! They are not right now they have ripped me off for 130.00 us dollars.
They look like they are from London but thats FAKE. They are coming from China if it comes. I wish i would never have trusted their web site.

Not sure what to make of this! I ordered 14" length and after unwrapping the whole ponytail looking product, it spans 4.5 feet in width!!! No clips, no wires, was this made for a GIANT?? Not something anyone can use as is. Maybe after getting creative with cutting, sewing & installing clips or wires, I can share a few feet with my girlfirends. Again, not sure what to do with all this.

I would give a below 0 rating if possible. Ordered on 12/18/19 and STILL don't have tracking information. They WILL NOT respond to any live chats. emails or phone calls. BEWARE of this company.

I recommend buying from hair extensions.com they came in fast considering the holidays and hold very tightly and matched the color of my hair!!.. I would buy from hair extensions.com again!..

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have terrible customer service and return policy. My bank stopped payment until I approved the transaction because they aren't credible, I should've saw this coming. Once I received the order it was the wrong color. You need to know there is a BS 30% restocking fee subtracted from your refund ALSO they are trying to take shipping costs from my refund that I already paid for. 4 weeks later, we are still emailing back and forth disputing the actual total of my refund even though I sent them proof and still no refund. SCAM ARTISTS.

I have order hair from this company. Thinking it was based in the UK.
I paid a lot of money for the hair. When it arrived it was half the value and not not what I had order,

I return the hair all the way to China and and haven’t gotten back my £168.00. I had to pay €15.00 to return the hair. I paid through PayPal who knows that this company isn’t what it’s posting to be. they won’t refund me my money. I am left without the hair and ripped off but now over €190.00. This company isn’t based in the UK. It’s a Chinese company paying for an ad on google to mislead customers

Ein Stern ist hier wirklich schon zu viel. Kann mich meinen Vorrednern hier nur anschließen. Der Kundenservice ist mehr als unverschämt. Habe aufgrund der schlechten Bewertungen noch am selben Tag die Bestellung storniert. Es kam zwei Tage überhaupt keine Reaktion. Am dritten Tag bat man mich von der Stornierung abzusehen, weil ich ja "schon so viel Zeit mit der Auswahl des Artikels verbracht hätte" . Was eine Unverschämtheit. Daraufhin bat ich, meinem Wunsch zu entsprechen, sonst würde ich Paypal informieren. Es kam natürlich wieder keine Reaktion. Daraufhin habe ich die Rücklastschrift bei der Bank veranlasst. Am nächsten Tag bekam ich die schriftliche Bestätigung, dass die sie den Artikel storniert hätten und sie Paypal das Geld innerhalb von 4 bis 7 Tagen zurückgeben würden. Nichts davon ist natürlich passiert. Paypal hat nun den Konflikt geöffnet und ich musste mich rechtfertigen, warum ich die Rücklastschrift veranlasst habe. Dies ist nun über eine Woche her. Ich habe versucht den Fall zu erklären, jetzt wird die Antwort von Hairextensionbuy benötigt. Diese steht seit 7 Tagen aus. Nun bekomme ich die Meldung von Paypal, dass die Haare nun auf dem Weg zu mir sein. Ich habe so einen mega Hals auf Hairextensionbuy. Sie reagieren nicht auf den offenen Konflikt, aber senden mir den bereits, schriftlich bestätigten, stornierten Artikel. Ich würde immer noch auf die Rückerstattung des Geldes warten, hätte ich mir das Geld nicht einfach zurückgebucht. Weiß nun auch nicht was ich machen soll. Nun bekomme ich am Ende noch Probleme mit Paypal un darf die Sendung zahlen. Hairextensionbuy ist mit allen Mitteln gewaschen. Der Verein schickt mir trotzdem einfach den Artikel zu, damit sie ja nicht das Geld erstatten müssen. Und ich bin nun gezwungen, den gelieferten Artikel, auf meine Kosten nach China zurückzusenden. Ich habe so einen Hals auf den Verein.

I ordered 2 sets of 20” tape ins and they for one messed up the order and charged me twice. It took me a week to get a response from anyone and they insisted I was only charged once until I showed my banking records. Once they finally refunded me my package then got lost and they said they’d start a claim with fedex. I was then contacted and told fedex was ignoring them so I called fedex to get informed that it was the company ignoring Fedex ! After getting the claim number from fedex I emailed them back with the claim number saying fedex had informed me there was some miscommunication because both company thought each other wasn’t answering to have the lady tell me she’ll finally just resend out my package (there was a month of back and forth) at this point I didn’t even want the extensions because the company had messed me around so much so I asked for a refund and we went back and forth for 4 emails and each time she just kept repeating “we will be resending the package right away I hope you’re okay with it” now I’m still without my $200 and/or hair extensions and Left with a massive headache.
