I was prompted to up my coverage on two of my classic cars which I thought was fantastic that Hagerty looks out for its customers like that. Not many companies are that attentive. Hagerty's customer service keeps track of value on customers cars and recommends to either increase or decrease coverage depending on the market.

Just had some quick questions for insuring another vehicle. Agent Russ Beyer was super responsive and had all the information I needed. Everyone at Hagerty has always been knowledgeable and friendly. Never a hard sell but always helpful suggestions that reflect a Customer First business.

this is my second car that I have had with Hagerty. The people at Hagerty are knowledgeable, Professional, and great to talk with.

Hagerty is a great company! I've had to use roadside assistance twice and they've always come through with great service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've had Hagerty Classic Car insurance on my 1993 Supra since January 2024, and they have been, by far, the most understanding of the value of the car and most flexible. The customer service is literally the best I've had for car insurance. I also use Hagerty Track Day insurance for my 2023 Supra, and though it's a little pricey you can't beat the feeling of confidence you get on track knowing that you're covered in the corners.

I can look at and make changes to my policy very easily. If I really need to talk to somebody, reaching a real life person, isn’t that hard. They help set up auto pay, which was very easy and convenient. So far they haven’t done anything for me not to be happy.

Great company

Very easy to deal with. Fast service, Fairley priced, always keeps us updated on values and coverages. Customer service is great always answers questions or gets wright back to us with answers.

Hagerty advised me to increase coverage on my Cabriolet, which I promptly did.

Hagerty's rate seem at least reasonable and there newsletter is quite interesting and informative.

Helpful .. Made sure I had the correct coverage for my vehicles based on current values and usage .. Friendly staff.. Easy to work with

Ease of renewal, quality of coverage

Hagerty monitors the fluctuations of our car values. They recently notified me that my truck had increased. I adjusted my policy accordingly.

Courteous folk, knowledgeable and motivated for customer service

I like the fact that they tell you if the insured value of your vehicle is lower than the current market value. This ensured that I had enough coverage on my classic vehicle.
