The HaeTek Team are my absolute superheroes! I recently had an amazing trip to Seoul that resulted in too much shopping that needed to be posted home. The original delivery was prevented from leaving Korea and not only was I unsure why - I just did not know what to do. I came across Haetek and as soon as I reached out - they knew what to do. The communication was fantastic and we got the best care and attention. Our parcels arrived in Australia and we will definitely recommend HaeTek for anyone else travelling to Korea next time!

Replies via WhatsApp was very prompt.
Delivery to Singapore was within 3days. Although there was a small hiccup when my package was left in the warehouse for the first few days until I checked with them, their action was done within the day and followed up with me. Overall great service and definitely would use Haetek again!

Excellent service.
I shipped three big heavy packages with Haetek. They picked up the boxes from my doors so I didnt have to carry anything myself, and shipped it to Poland. The communication is great and they are very helpful and explain every step of shipping so I really didnt have to worry about anything. The whole shipment was very quick. I recommend 10/10

I had a great experience using HaeTek. I shipped from South Korea to the UK. It's a door-to-door service so it was very convenient. They treated me with care and made me feel extremely safe with using their service. They gave clear directions, and responded to all of my questions in a polite and timely manner. They followed up with me through every step of the pickup and shipping process. All I needed to do was provide a list of everything contained, give an approximate size and weight of the package and mark it 'HaeTek'. It was left outside of my apartment and picked up the next day. When it arrived at their facility they verified my packing list and gave me a final price based off the size and weight. I made a bank transfer (easiest for me, but PayPal was also an option) and then they shipped it off, providing me with a tracking number. My box was prepped for shipping on 3/31 and arrived in the UK on 4/08. Excellent service and speedy shipping. I will definitely use this service again, phenomenal!
