Very good expérience talking about the ordre process. Unfortunately the cactus doesn’t fit in the sink.

There product is garbage ! It doesn’t fit the USA standard sink !! Then they insult you by offering inadequate refund of up to $16
They won’t return your money or give you an RA form to return product
Scam and very poor customer service

It's very cute and I like how the button opens the bottom to make it easy to empty, BUT it's too tall for our sink drain. Can I send it back? And do you have shorter baskets? Thank you,

I was happy that I got it quickly. I like the look of the product. It will be very helpful for the kitchen sink.

I did not realize how deep the strainer went into the drain. It did not fit any of our sinks.

Because it came from out of the country, they gave me three or four opportunities to see where it was in the delivery process. I appreciated that!

The ordering, shipping, tracking and delivery was excellent.... unfortunately the sink strainers don't fit either sink I have. What are my options, if any ?

The sink strainer is a clever design, well-made and works as advertised. Unfortunately for me, it is a little too deep for my kitchen sink drain. I will see if it fits the drain at a friend's house.

Y the unit does not fit completely in the sink.

Did not fit sink drain. 2.5 mm elevated, not functional. Poor tacking. Expensive shipping/handling

The outer ring does not fit the hole in my sink, so it really is not working as I expected. I don’t know if I’ll be able to use it.

Product is as described and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

Shipping took awhile. It works perfectly in my garbage disposal. It doesn’t fit the regular sink side. Too tall. But all in all it’s does what it is supposed to do. I’ll give the second one to my daughter for her disposal side. Thank you. Still a good product. Maybe make one not as deep for regular kitchen sink.

This works exactly as it's supposed too. . It's cute as well!

I just received it yesterday. I want to give it more time. So far the only concern is that it doesn’t sit flush with the drain.

The product came pretty quickly. It’s a little flimsy but still does the trick. After a few uses, the blade was getting dull. Hopefully, after washing it will remain sharp enough.
