Great product the only reason for not…
Great product the only reason for not providing 5 stars is the delivery and delay issues. From talking to others with the same product these supply issues pre-date those experienced due to COVID-19.
Love the product no complaints there but it did take 3-4 months to arrive.
Highly recommend the product if the above issues can be resolved!

Amazing service
Amazing service! Was kept up to date the entire time about the ETA of my order. Ended up buying additional equipment as i was so impressed with the communication through such challenging times! I received my goods in immaculate condition and within the time frames that were communicated. The courier service also used is wonderful! You will never regret buying from Habitual, they are my first choice for gym equipment!

Not enough bolts supplied with the half…
Not enough bolts supplied with the half rack. Also the couriers that were used were not reliable with delivery and kept changing their arrival times.

Vastaus yritykseltä Habitual Equipment
Hi Liam, appreciate you taking the time to talk through this. I am glad that we were able to deliver all equipment except for the pair of the adjustable dumbbells within 4 days of ordering and that is something that you were extremely satisfied with.
Unfortunately, as you know the adjustable dumbbells were on pre-order as we had sold out early on and due to the shipping delays due to the impacts of the COVID outbreak globally impacting supply chains we were unable to get them to you earlier.
Robert
Great communication
The delays were not idea however, the constant communication about the progress on my order was very helpful. The quality of the products are great and we'll priced. Overall very happy.

Thanks for the feedback Steven and thanks again for your patience. Glad you like the gear.
Very poor timing
Great website easy to use and awesome products.
Very poor time on the delivery of equipment, I waited 3 almost 4 months until I received my equipment. By the time I have now received all gyms are back up and running and I do not need my equipment anymore. I purchased dumbells from another company and received them within 3 day of the purchase.
I understand the high demand but I don’t understand how I can purchase elsewhere and receive items just 3 days later when I waited 3 months for my purchase with you.
Very poor.
Thanks.

Very Average
Order was delayed twice and parts were missing from the order. No compensation for late order, not even a sorry and a freebie. Pretty annoyed was a let down. 😞
Apart from the negatives the equipment itself is great.

Great equipment, delivered promptly
High quality equipment which was delivered within days of ordering. From memory, a customer service rep reached out too, to ensure everything arrived. A great purchasing experience, unlike other gym equipment sites which advertised products as being in stock at time of purchase, yet I had to wait two months in some cases for the items to arrive.

Exceptional service
All the equipment I received is of excellent quality.
My lifting rack was also upgraded at no extra cost due to a stock issue through the website, to say I was happy about that is an understatement.

Great Quality and Material!
Honestly the best site to buy my gym equipment. The shipping was fast! And the set that I purchased were legit solid material, and better than I expected. Definitely recommend 10/10!
