They have charged various accounts $19.99 every single day. I've removed all my cards from PayPal, my wallet, Apple, and somehow they still get through. They have no record of me, but somehow still charge my card. I have finally cancelled my card. Buyer beware.
It won’t allow me to cancel my subscription. I contacted them via email, but after receiving one response, they stopped replying to me.
They have you pay for a free trial and after you cancel
They make several attempts to charge you 18.99 even after you’ve canceled the trial. It’s an extremely dangerous site to use.
Worst book app ever. Paid $6.99 after it said .50 cents per chapter - well, that chapter may have been. They wanted more money after only 5 chapters. Total scam!
Pay per chapter website that won’t allow you to create an account / login and doesn’t have an app. If they did, it would drop to dead last. You get 5 chapters free then can spend $6.99 and only get 5-6 more “chapters” where some chapters are less than 300 words. Raised it with customer services and they said it’s the author’s discretion how long the chapters are. Basically, they can do no wrong. I tried a short 18-chapter story, bought every other chapter and still didn’t get to the end of the book. It’s a ripoff unless you have $20 to waste on short stories. Just go buy an ebook from Kindle, you can get 4 for the same price.
