Ordered a bracket for hanging a punchbag.

In the picture there were bolts accompanying the bracket. After ordering the item I sent an email asking if the bolts were definitely supplied as I would have to get the bolts for the bracket arriving else where.

I was told that they would be supplied.

I received my order on the 4th and there were no bolts to be seen.

I sent an email explaining that no bolts had been supplied.

I got a reply back on the 4th from the guy that sent me the email telling me that the bolts would be supplied and he said he would "look into it".


I sent a reply to that saying "OK.." On the 9th..

Still haven't heard a thing

After appalling customer service from the manufacturer BH , Lee from Gymrooms customer service dealt with BH and was excellent he worked with me every step of the way to reach a suitable conclusion.pity the manufacturer didn't have the same attitude as the Gymroom.

Bought a kettlebell to get in shape for my upcoming wedding. Was the cheapest around by far at GymRoom. Arrived quickly (despite the delivery guy moaning about carrying it up some stairs) and it was refreshing that it was just delivered in it's box rather than loads of packaging.

Will use this company again. Great stuff.

Good company to deal with but their delivery service is bad. Was meant to sign for delivery but they left it within my neighbours garden and then the neighbour went away for the week end so it was 5 days before I received my delivery.

I purchased a barbell from you. You advertised on the website free towel etc with every purchase. I phoned you up. The guy said I was not entitled but he would send them to me. Guess what that did not happen. Your website said on all purchases not that over a certain amount . So when someone said they would send them I believed them. Silly me. So at present I would not recommend them for anything.
