Everything is good, but you just need to work in your re-stock more, because I have been waiting for some products for months now and it’s not good! But otherwise the few pieces I got were perfect.

Now for the restocks, we do have limited items that sometimes drop and never restock (but these are mentioned next to them) -- on the other hand, we've had some delays recently in some core items (such as our Cargo Joggers) as we were facing some delays in producing the fabrics, due to the issue of raw material imports that the country was facing -- but that is now resolved and we will begin restocking them in the coming weeks starting with Black - and then further products to follow.
Again we thank you for being invested in our brand, and we're always happy to hear from our extended family -- and would be happy to hear from you which items you are interested in us restocking.

After reviewing your case: Your refund was actually processed within our Returns and Exchange Policy (14 working days) and you received an email notification with confirmation from our side, but you will only be contacted by phone from the courier service whom will pick up and deliver your cash at the same time (the reason is we make it a seamless experience for our customers without any disturbances to their daily schedules).
An email was sent out to you today, with the update, as per first working day after Eid Holidays.
As for sizing, it all depends on preference and body types from one person to another... but we will definitely look into this specific article, and see if theres anything our technical design team can enhance on coming collections -- and If any flaws, were there we would've been more than happy to put an exchange for you (if that was the preferred resolution on your end).

Size needs to be a little bigger for the waist area
Zippers for the side pockets are much smaller than the pocket itself. Zipper needs to be longer to fit the wallet
