Ordered. Handgun on December 11in the pm. Received purchase order almost immediately and received shipping tracking number first thing December 12 in am. Handgun was received December 14 at FFL in am and was able to pickup in pm that day.
Basically a 3 day turnaround, what more can you ask for. Thank You Gun Prime and UPS for excellent service.

Now trying to contest through my credit card. Liars and losers - RUN AWAY! Charged me $400+ with no delivery.

Sent the wrong gun and wont correct their error. Pretty simple dont do business with this company as you may end up with a gun you dont want and they wont accept return.

I read the negative reviews first, which all seemed to revolve around poor customer service and canceled orders. None of the reviews involved “rip-off”, which was my main concern. I called Gunprime, and was able to reach someone by phone on my second attempt. The guy didn’t have the warmest personality, but I wasn’t calling to make a friend. He answered my questions and we ended the call. Their pricing is about what you’d expect for online ordering, about 5% more expensive than brick and mortar, but less than some other online places. Shipping costs were fair. The main reason I went with Gunprime is because I was ordering hard-to-find items, of which they had both in stock. Order shipped quickly and arrived in excellent condition. I would do business with them again.

I ordered a firearm from GunPrime despite the relatively mediocre rating found on Trustpilot and I couldn’t be happier. I ordered the gun late morning and by that afternoon I got a shipping confirmation email from GunPrime with the tracking number. I had to wait longer than usual to pick up the gun, but that was due to UPS not delivering weekends and my gunshot being closed Monday’s. That had nothing to do with GunPrime though. Once I did pick it up, it was the exact firearm I ordered, was in mint condition as it should be for a new gun, and was a great price. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

I highly recommended Gunprime, the price on their guns are very competitive. They are totally legit and nice people to work with. My experience with a refund; I was refunded instantly and I made the mistake to place the wrong order, can get any better than that, in my opinion. Recently bought an M9A1 M92 Beretta Compact Inox from Gun Prime.

I just bought a firearm from gunprime, my first one competitive pricing shipped to me in less than 24 hours I called my FFL to send a copy and they had already taken care of it I am very pleased I will purchase thru them again

Made 2 purchases in a 3 week period. Both were short items.1st order was short a 19 round mag for my shotgun, they immediately shipped 1 out. 2nd order My case of 45 acp was short a150 rounds, and had 20 rounds of 22-250, and 20 rounds of 7.62x51mm. I don’t have any guns that shoot either caliber. They wanted me to ship back their 40 rounds, before shipped the 150 they shorted me, that I already paid for. I told them to keep 150 rds, and I would dispose of the 40 rds. Plenty of competition out there. Know who your doing business with. And read reviews before you hand out your hard earn cash.

Worst company I’ve ever seen in my life .will never buy from these Unprofessional liars again!!!!! said in an email they sold over 1 billion of the STR-9c 9mm pistols and that’s why it’s taken so long to ship. Finally got them to cancel my order after several lies over the phone saying they were going to ship that next day,do not trust these people they are scammers they grab your money and it takes forever to get it back! have filed a claim with my credit card hopefully it won’t take 2 to 3 months to get my money or refund . once again these people are scammer,unprofessional ,liars ,worst customer service ever seen online!!! Constantly tell you what you want to hear so they can keep your money and do nothing all day. People like this give online sales a bad name.

Ordered a bucket of .22 ammo last year. When I received it, the box was open and the bucket of ammo was open with ammo spilling out of the box. It looked like someone pried it open. The package hardly had any packing in it and barely enough tape to secure the box. When I contacted this company, I was told I would receive another bucket. After I received the new bucket, the owner emailed me and called me three times. He demanded I either send the new bucket back or pay for it. In hindsight, I should have told him no. If his employees made a mistake, he needs to train them better. Don't punish your customers!

This is a legit site. I just bought a sig 226 on a Sunday, they shipped Monday and got it Wednesday in nj. I got emails showing where transit was and final delivery. I would definitely buy from them again. Do not buy from websites that ask for zell or Venmo. If it doesn’t accept credit cards and doesn’t ask for FFL transfer it’s a scam. Good luck!

Good price and fast shipping. Customer service deserves less than one star. Bought a S&W M&P9 Shield EZ from this company in March 2022. Per specs, it’s sold with two mags that hold 8 rounds. I received a defective mag that held only 7 rounds. After contacting customer service, I was told to put 7 in the defective mag at least 50 times to “work the spring in.” After putting seven rounds in the defective mag at least 150 times, I replied to customer service to suggest we FaceTime to resolve the matter. I’m ex military munitions systems/EOD. I mentioned that in my reply with a disclaimer stating that didn’t necessarily make me a gun expert. 🙄 I’m in my mid 50’s and have owned guns since I was 9 years old. I know a defective mag when I see one. I received no response to my offer to FaceTime and no response after several days had passed on a follow up email to let them know I would be posting honest reviews. Thankfully, S&W is moving their corporate headquarters to my hometown at the end of the year. Maybe I can work this out with them… I hope you have a better experience than I did.

They sent the wrong firearm, I paid for a 9mm PPS-43C but my FFL received a 7.62x25
