Kind and patient

very responsive to clients needs.

Jeremy is helpful and knowledgeable. He answers any and all questions you have and will not pressure you to make any decision that does not feel right for you.

Dealing with Jerry is wonderful. As busy as he is, he always finds a way of getting back. He has a wealth of knowledge in Precious Metals, hence a great resource to bounce off your investment thoughts. I have always received great service from Guildhall Wealth.

It was very quick and easy. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great experience, very knowledgeable and helpful, we will continue to use them.

I can only review my experience for purchase and setting up my accounts with Questrade and purchasing of precious metals. Jeremy did a great job throughout this process which was completed in a timely manner. I have yet to be in a position to sell my precious metals with Guildhall to give a rating for the sales process. Hopefully the sales process goes as well.

As usual great friendly and quick service.

Great customer service and very nice staff!

So far so good although I've not audited yet. Jerry has been very helpful.

Jeremy and the team always put the customer first. Great people to work with and very knowledgeable.

I had difficulty with website, even though redoing all information over 3 times it would not let me in the payment stage. I phoned and the personal were a big help and kind helping me to complete my transaction.

Nicole was very polite, explained what I needed to know & was efficient. She didn't talk to me like was stupid ( although I didn't know very much). Thank you for a good, easy experience.

I was looking long term to Invest in Gold
I found one

Great experience with the staff there. Prices are competitive and delivery was efficient.

Jerry and his team made the whole process of rolling over my pension funds to a registered precious metals account easy and painless. Can't thank them enough!
