Fijne pasjeshouder
Fijne pasjeshouder!

Received my wallet and need to adjust…
Received my wallet and need to adjust the strap but was unable to because the T5 screws would not rotate. T5 screws are now stripped and unable to turn. Sent a request for an exchange/ refund 3 days ago and still no response. Update 8/15/25. The company responded back to me today and resolved my issue. I will keep the wallet and give it a try and see how it works.

Un grand merci Maurizio ! Ravi d’apprendre que tu es satisfait. 😊
Slick, Minimalistic and Functional!
Initially, I was reluctant to go for it! I had already benchmarked more than 7 other products in the market... Then, when I was on the verge of making a purchase, I saw the Guap ad!
I was drawn to the minimalist and sleek design. The cherry on top was being able to use it as an NFC tag to share LinkedIn, Instagram, or other custom links, depending on the occasion.
I use seven or more personal cards, and I didn't even need to recalibrate the size.
I appreciated Thomas' personal outreach and wish him and 'the team' a good adventure forward.

Great customer support and experience.
I had initially issues with programming the integrated chip.
After my initial feedback, I was contacted by the founder of Guap to find resolution.
I must admit that the support was professional and efficient. Real effort was put into finding the solution. Done and the wallet and integrated features work well. Fantastic experience. Thanks !
