Ordered 12 kg of filament, mostly PETG-CF, TPU and some PLA. They all seem fine and specialty filament for a very good price.
I have ordered from all over the world in the last decade, this seems as good as any of my other suppliers.

Bought a roll of silver TPU from GST3D.
It was useless.
Diameter of filament is not consistent, and fluctuates from 1.75 to 2mm+, causing the extruder to clog and potentially causing damage to it, as after about 4-5 failures, it started rattling like crazy.
Contacted the shop, they exchanged the roll for one from a new batch.
Second roll ALSO has the same issue, encountered at least 2 times in the first 3 meters of filament.
I do not recomment for purchase, their materials can potentially not only waste your time, but also cause material damages from their malfunctioning.

Komplett alles schiefgelaufen, miserabler, kundensupport, keine reaktionen egal auf welchem kommunikationsweg.
Mit der email sie sollen die ware zurück rufen wurde nicht reagiert über 3 wochen lieferzeit, als es dann ankam völlig demolierte ware, die gesamte lieferung ging direkt ins recycling. Demolierte rollen. Es ist ein armutszeugnis das eine solche firma existieren kann und das ohne ein schlechtes gewissen.
Sowas müsste verboten werden.

Una basura. Se atranca el extrusor constantemente y te hace perder la pieza impresa. 12 rollos que a ver en que gasto para no dar por perdido el pedido si a cada rato se produce un atasco.

Don't buy this filament. It is the by far the worst filament I've ever had. Ordered a package of 6 rolls. 4 out of 6 are pure garbage. It seems like there is some kind of coating on it. And after some time printing this is causing extrusion issues. When I take it back out the printer it looks like it had some transparent sleeve. I've never seen this before with any other brand

When they saw my Google review they asked me n to contact them. I contacted them by email, more then one week later still no reaction. No reaction in chat or whatsapp. So it seems they want to pretend they care, but they don't.

24 Rollen PLA bestellt, PLA defekt, 2 FLSUNs V400 verstopft und zur Krönung dann auch noch beide Bambus, auf meine Beschwerde wurde nicht reagiert, GST3D ist mittlerweile nichts anderes mehr als Abzocke, schade

Do not trust this company, i ordered bulk from them, but realised it was way too cheap to be any good, now i cant cancel my order, because they wont reply to my mails.... Not even their chatbot would cancel my order..

Les bobines livrées (sans boite en carton pour diminuer le prix) n'étaient plus sous vide car le plastique était troué suite à la manutention du produit.
Condensation dans le plastique (le sachet d'absorption est saturé)
Impression impossible!
Réclamation... Il faut Envoyer des vidéos de plus de 250 gr d'impression pour la garantie.

Rien à redire en terme de qualité et prix. Oui, il n'est pas exempt de défaut. Très peu de défaut d'enroulage et rarement de bouchage par contre les tarifs augmentent..

mitlerweile zu Abzockerfirma verkommen... bekahm defektes Filament geliefert.. angeblich ist seid Wochen Ersatz mit Rücksendeschein unterwegs... ich bekomme auf mehrfachem Nachfragen weder eine Sendungsnummer, noch irgendwelche anderen Infos.. nur die Ausrede das es versendet wurde und ich den Versanddienst fragen soll.. dessen Namen GST3d mir aber verweigert... daher wundert es mich nicht das sie PAYPAL raus genommen haben.. denn mit PAYPAL könnten sie die Leute nicht so Abzocken wie sie es jetzt tun...

I ordered 8 rolls of white pla. Unfortunately they are getting struck in the printers. I use 3 prusa I3 Mk3S+ printers. I tried 3 rolls and on all the 3 printers. Same results. stuck while printing.

For your information. These printers are running 20 hours a day for 2 years. They never have problems with other pla rolls. As you understand I am very disappointed because I cannot use your pla.

I emailed them several times but they don't respond to my messages. DON'T USE THIS BAD QUALITY PRODUCT!!!

The filament is not always wound properly. Rolls are often completely skewed as if they have been deformed by heat. The filament is sometimes not smooth. The diameter of the filament is not always correct. My last roll was 2.50 mm at the end instead of 1.75. They don't respond to emails. Why still 2 stars? The majority of the rolls are fair to good.

New update: I have thrown away my 5th almost complete role. Diameter varied from 1.75 to 2.01mm. Previous roll stuck completely together. Please do not buy from this firm. Buying in bulk from them was a big mistake.

Sehr schlechter service, am 24.07 bestellt. Bis heute nicht erhalten.
Auf Instagram kontaktiert, haben gesagt ich soll auf der Support Seite nochmals anfragen. Habe ich gemacht und obwohl der Mitarbeiter im chat online war kam keine antwort. Ein tag später erhielt ich eine mail von besagten Chat Mitarbeiter ich soll das Problem auf whatsapp nochmals mitteilen. Über zwei tage schreibe ich schon doch egal wann ich schreibe es kommt eine automatische antwort sie sind aktuell nicht erreichbar. Zum glück kann man mit online banking die Lastschrift zurück holen.
Erspart euch den ärger und bestellt gleich bei sunlu oder ähnliche. Kosten paar euro mehr haben aber auch attraktive bundles

However, the main area that needs improvement is their customer support service. Whether it's through email or web chat, it is often challenging to receive a response, even for relatively simple inquiries. Enhancing the responsiveness and efficiency of their customer support team would greatly benefit the overall experience for customers.

Preis verlockend, Lieferzeit i.O., jedoch ... so schlecht aufgewickeltes Filament hatte ich noch nie. Lose und chaotisch, führt laufend zu Hängern in der Zufuhr, da das Filament in die untern Lagen eingezogen wird und dann klemmt. Unbeaufsichtigter Druck unmöglich, da ständig per Hand abgewickelt werden muss. Der Vorschubmotor für´s Filament wird klar überlastet, Schäden am Drucker möglich. Qualität des Druckes geht sogar klar, aber trotzdem wegen der miesen Wicklung nicht zu gebrauchen. Schade und daher keine Empfehlung.

J'ai déjà commandé 50 kg rien à redire service client réactif pas de problèmes particulier a l'impression sur une tronxy refroidissement liquide ni sur ma geetech et ma ender 3 je n'en pence que du bien.
Je recommande cette marque.

Le filament à une bonne qualité mais pas toujours uniforme en effet, mais réaction rapide du SAV pour l'échange de produit.

Certaines bobines peuvent et encore peut à mon actif après 90 kilos passer être mélanger à l'embobinage peut être 6 grands maximum et sur de courtes distances autant que chez des concurrents comme Amolen ou bien d'autres marques chinoises.

Par contre la ou je déplore le produit c'est ma dernière commande en bobine de changement de couleurs pour la raison est que ce n'est pas du tout un filament de changement de couleurs et que les bobines sont aléatoires.

En effet, sur une bobine vous avec un mélange de couleur mais rapide du blanc a 90% et 10% de rose donc juste du rose remis sur une bobine de blanc pour combler un manque. Ou bien changement de couleur non car la bobine a la même couleur finalement sur tout le long. Donc fuyez ses bobines à changement de couleurs qui ne le sont pas.

SAV inexistant , rapide pour envoyer cela est certain, on ne peut pas leur reprocher.
Qualité vraiment aléatoire (emmêlement, diamètre du filament loin des 1.75) et le SAV sans ancun retour malgré une dizaine de mail
