Haven't been able to withdraw my money for weeks now with no help.

Service was sometimes great but now that I need to withdraw money that has dissipated.

Finally got my funds. I originally intended to only deal with USD so it was disappointing to find out that withdrawal process was no longer available. This has kept my star rating low.

If you're happy dealing in cryptocurrency the process was very smooth and quick and they helped me along the way. They also reimbursed the extra fees I encountered converting the USDC.

Platform is smooth , interface is user friendly for new comers and mam’ misha provide good support through out the entire process from registration to deposit even afterwards .

Warning: Extremely slow withdrawals and unprofessional support. This broker is delaying my withdrawal for no valid reason. The customer service team offers no real help and behaves very unprofessionally. This is a major red flag."

I am writing this review to warn every trader out there – DO NOT TRUST GS Securities with your money.

*I deposited my hard-earned money and traded on their platform. Without any warning or proper explanation, they deducted $1597 from my account under the name of 'bonus misuse' – even though I NEVER asked for any bonus. It was their own offer.*

They have completely ignored my requests. It has been over 25 days, and no one has resolved my issue. The manager keeps giving false hopes. They have no professionalism, no transparency, and no respect for their clients.

If you make a loss, it's your problem. If they make a mistake, it's still your problem – because they will take your money.

I have already lost over $2500 on their platform, and now they have stolen my funds on top of that.

My request to all traders: STAY AWAY from GS Securities. Your capital is NOT safe here. They will find an excuse to take your money.

I will be filing complaints with regulatory authorities and exposing them on every platform – Facebook, Twitter, Forex Peace Army, and more.

I am posting this review to warn others based on my real experience with GS Securities.

This broker appears to be unregulated, and my experience raises serious concerns about its operations and reliability.

I deposited funds via cryptocurrency (from Bybit) and traded on their MT5 platform. After making a small profit, I requested a withdrawal. My initial withdrawal attempts were rejected. Support then stated that the minimum withdrawal amount was $50.

I complied fully, increased my balance to $50.5 USD, and submitted a new withdrawal request.

Withdrawal details:
• MT5 Account: 10058 (USD Live)
• Withdrawal amount: $50.5 USD
• Method: Cryptocurrency
• Reference ID: 13210
• Status: Pending

Despite meeting all stated requirements, my withdrawal has remained “Pending” for an extended period, with:
• No transaction hash (TXID)
• No processing confirmation
• No clear explanation or timeline

Support stopped responding after escalation. The client portal now shows:
• Withdrawals are handled manually
• Multiple rejected withdrawal attempts
• “No payment options available, please contact your administrator”

For a broker, this behavior is extremely concerning. When even a small withdrawal cannot be processed, it raises serious questions about liquidity, internal controls, and overall legitimacy.

Because this broker is unregulated and withdrawals are delayed or blocked without transparency, I would strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution and avoid depositing significant funds.

I am currently documenting this issue and considering reporting the matter to MetaQuotes (MT5 platform provider) and other industry complaint platforms.

Please stay away. This is a major scam site.
