GSS Car Rental Arvostelua

We found GSS Car Rental through a ChatGPT recommendation, and it turned out to be a great choice.

They had one of the best prices we found in Tbilisi, and we rented a Mitsubishi Pajero that was perfect for our trip. We drove all around Georgia, including some rough mountain and off-road routes, and the car handled everything easily. We barely even needed to use the 4x4 mode.

The service was also excellent. They delivered the car directly to our hotel and picked it up from the hotel when we returned. Communication was easy, friendly, and reliable throughout the whole rental.

Highly recommended! If you're planning a road trip in Georgia, definitely check with GSS Car Rental and see if they have a car that fits your trip.

Faire Preise, Super Service, professionelle Abwicklung, was will man mehr?

Great service. They were courteous and answered every question. The vehicle was in excellent condition and exceeded all expectations.

They proveided exactly the car we asked for. The car was old but in good conditions. Paperwork extremely fast and easy. Pick up and drop off under our necesities. They were always online answering our demands and doubts instantly. Enterprise to be recomended.

We rent a car for 3 weeks over Georgia and Armenia. GSS team has been very kind, helpful and reactive. Couldn’t have wished for more.

We rented a Toyota Sequoia from GSS Car Rental for one week, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience.

The car was in excellent condition and perfectly suited our needs. We were a family of seven, traveling with quite a lot of luggage, and everything fit comfortably. The company also provided and installed a suitable roof rack for us.

The service was truly above and beyond. They delivered the car directly to our hotel, and when we returned it, they came to pick it up from our hotel as well — with no additional charge.

Professional, friendly, reliable, and extremely helpful service from start to finish.

Highly recommended! We would definitely rent from GSS Car Rental again on our next visit to Georgia. 🇬🇪

They were extremely helpful, even delivering the car directly to our hotel and allowing us to return it in a different town from the one originally agreed upon. A special thank you to Zurab for supporting me throughout my trip to Georgia and always being available with advice whenever I needed it. Thank you—everything was perfect!

Great service

Le loueur communique très bien et est arrangeant. Le véhicule était en bon état, les règles claires, je suis très satisfait.

Loueur sérieux, et très prévenant, n'hésitez pas à louer chez ce loueur. Voiture de bonne qualité. :)

It may not be the cheapest rental agency, however their service was great, no nonsence and straighforward. Our car (Dacia Duster) was well maintained with brand new tires for off road travel. We had no problems on the road for 21 days.
Buy the full cover insurrance (except wind shield and tires) and you wil have a great experience with this agency.

Professional and reliable. Highly recommend this company

rented a car from this company for 5 days during my trip to Georgia, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
The team was extremely responsive, professional, and genuinely friendly. One thing that really stood out was that they offered to bring the car to me in Tbilisi at no additional cost, which was a great convenience and highly appreciated.
Their cash deposit requirement was also very reasonable compared to many other rental companies. The car itself was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. It came with useful amenities, including a phone charging cable and other thoughtful extras that made the trip even more enjoyable.
Overall, the service was outstanding, the process was smooth, and the car exceeded my expectations. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Georgia.

We were very satisfied with the service. The drop-off and pick-up at the airport were very convenient. Highly recommended.

I rented a fully equipped Toyota Land Cruiser with a rooftop tent from GSS Car Rental in Tbilisi for 15 days in May, and it was one of the best travel decisions I have ever made.

The vehicle gave me the freedom to explore some of the most remote and spectacular corners of both Georgia and Armenia. From mountain monasteries surrounded by 5,000-meter peaks to desert landscapes, remote villages, forgotten Soviet roads, and wild camping spots under the stars, this Land Cruiser took me everywhere safely and comfortably. Many of these places would have been simply impossible to reach with a regular vehicle.

What truly makes GSS Car Rental stand out, however, is the exceptional customer service. A special thank you goes to Zurab, the owner. From the very first day until the moment I returned the vehicle, he was always available, responsive, and genuinely willing to help. Whether I needed information about routes, local advice, or assistance during the trip, he was only a message away and always ready to support me. Knowing that someone so reliable had my back throughout a 4,000+ km adventure across two countries gave me enormous peace of mind.

The Land Cruiser was perfectly prepared for overlanding, the rooftop tent was comfortable and practical, and the entire rental process was professional, transparent, and stress-free.

This trip allowed me to experience Georgia and Armenia in the most authentic way possible: sleeping in breathtaking locations, meeting incredible local people, discovering hidden monasteries, crossing mountain passes, and reaching places far beyond the usual tourist routes. GSS Car Rental was not just a vehicle provider—they were an essential part of making this adventure possible.

I wholeheartedly recommend GSS Car Rental to anyone looking for a true overland experience in the Caucasus. If you’re dreaming of exploring Georgia and Armenia beyond the guidebooks, look no further.

Thank you, Zurab, for helping create memories that will stay with me for a lifetime. I will definitely return to Georgia, and when I do, I won’t even consider renting from anyone else.

Highly recommended – 5 stars are simply not enough!

Customer focused service, easy booking, and spotless cars. stress free experience highly recommend!

Rented an SUV from them. Great experience.

The best to rent a car from in Georgia. We rented a Jeep Cherokee for very cheap and fantastic condition. We got snowed in while in Kazbegi so had to leave the car behind and take cable car over the mountain. GSS didn’t have an issue with collecting it for a small fee. Had the best service from all of the team. They dropped off the car at midnight and came and collected the small fee themselves from our hotel for the Kazbegi trip. Do not go with the big international companies - go with GSS.

reliable service done by great professionals.
