I really didn't think I'd be writing a review for a company that sells....er...steel wire, and hooks and pulleys. But, what great service I received from this company which I had never heard of till a week ago. A random search on the net brought them to my attention, and I ordered steel wire, fixings etc for making a pulley system for my home gym. The products arrived in 3 days. I received a text on the day giving me a 1 hour time window. Nicely packaged . It was the little touches like a note saying "Thank you for your custom. Your order was assembled by Thomas". The invoice had a little image of each item next to the description so I knew exactly what was what. Wonderful!

If you need some steel chain and fittings then this is the best online company which I have found.
Good prices and the items are of great quality. They come well and neatly packed and delivery is very quick - next working day for me. The courier sends emails notifying the date and hourly slot for the delivery.

How could I rate GSProducts at anything other then 5*?
Excellent website, great range of products, very quick delivery and prices I've not seen bettered anywhere. Why use Amazon or eBay when you can buy from a UK supplier who is as good or better than either on price.

I recently ordered some garden trellis items on a Friday and asked the GS Products team if they could do Saturday delivery, because my wife and I were completing a gardening project in a specific window of time. They said they would do all they could, but were struggling due to Covid safety restrictions in their warehouse and large volumes of orders. I was so impressed to wake up Saturday and get a text from DPD to say my order was on it's way. Awesome service and good quality products. Very impressed with the company and will use them again!

Needed parts for a wire balustrade system and found GS Products after speaking with a few other companies who couldn't provide the bespoke solution I wanted.
Their web site is easy to browse, prices are very competitive, delivery was quick and everything well packaged and complete, quality of parts is excellent. I have passed their details to my architect who had put me onto another company with no joy.

The products, the packing the posting the speed of service is all excellent, very happy with it and it all comes with probably the lowest price on the market but please, if you get a call from a customer, at least pretend to be interested :D the communication was so dull. Still 10/10. Thank you

I bought 2mm stainless steel short link chain from gsproducts.co.uk. Good decent chains (they are as per advertised), price cheaper than other websites, and item was delivered within two working days, I am impressed by the speed of the delivery. I would recommend this store to my friends and family.
