Bad gas detectors
Purchased 2 gas detectors from Grus.io for $64USD. Both were "drop-shipped" from China and based on their appearance and quality aren't worth a quarter of the price. 1 detector is constantly rebooting (won't even power on properly) due to a bad cable/power supply provided and the other goes into "preheating" mode every few mins. The detectors are rated to -10C but is rebooting at -5C. Also, their page claims to have 36 reviews on Trustpilot, however, mine seems to be the first one posted. I've reached out to the company to see how the situation can be addressed. If something positive comes out of it, I'll update the review. Otherwise, I'd recommend to stay away from them.
PS. As the reply from the Company states, they did reach out, and I was very delayed in the replying to them. We are communicating now, and I'll update this review again based on the outcome. Considering they've offered a full refund right away, I've increased their rating from 1 star to 3 as few will do that.
