Grow Your Mindset Arvostelua 

I am someone who has worked on my own mindset for over 20 years and am always looking to better myself with books and training etc. I attended the Introduction to Growth Mindset training with an open mind but not expecting very much that was new to me. I was wrong the training was excellent. I am definitely more aware and educated as a result of the training. I feel everyone would benefit from this training for personal or business reasons. The course materials and Gemma’s delivery and knowledge was first class. I would definitely recommend Grow Your Mindset.

I loved this training. It was very informative and gave me the realization about what and how to improve my mindset to enable me to achieve more in my business.

Gemma came into our school to deliver a session around Growth Mindset to the children.

The children absolutely loved this session and have been using great vocabulary ever since. It was really engaging as the children could get up and about and work with others. They loved the story and singing the song.

It was really useful for myself too as an ECT. Growth mindset is something new to me so the session was really beneficial. It taught me what language I can use with the children to promote a growth mindset in school and how to change a child's mindset using a more positive approach to learning.

Gemma & Liz delivered an exciting and enjoyable 6 week Mindset Motivation intervention for our Year 3 children. In these engaging sessions children have really developed their confidence through lots of hands on activities and have had lots of fun whilst learning about themselves. Several children have said that it is the best thing they've done in school. Thanks very much Gemma & Liz and we'll see you again in July.

Gemma and Liz were great to work with and the course was really helpful.

Fantastic Growth Mindset CPD sessions delivered by the amazing Gemma and Jenny to our trainee teachers on Zoom. The sessions were engaging and ensured that all trainees were fully involved and challenged. We will definitely be booking them again.

Over the last six weeks we have been lucky enough to work with Liz during our Grow Your Mindset workshops. Each session was invaluable to the children and the adults working in year six and I would highly recommend these sessions to other schools. What particularly impressed me was the relationship that Liz developed with the children. They all felt valued in terms of their contributions and were thoroughly engaged. The tasks set within each lesson were personalised to my class and it has been such a wonderful tool to use in our day to day learning.

We have worked with Liz and Gemma at St Gregory's for the past 3 years. This has involved a variety of activities including staff training, parent workshops, assemblies, whole class and small group work, coaching for staff and team teaching. This has had a significant impact on both behaviour for learning and standards across the school as pupils self belief, motivation and resilience has grown. We continue to work with Liz and Gemma on our Growth Mindset journey and would highly recommend GyM to anyone.

The Growth Mindset CPD we had as a whole school has really impacted on the practice of our teachers and more importantly the children! Grow your mindset has now become part of our teaching and learning policy and is what we do at St Aidan's. The training was informative and practical with lots of resources to use in the classroom and beyond. The books perfectly match the lessons and key messages being reinforced in class. Having Liz and Gemma in to work alongside our teachers in class was very powerful! The whole school assembly is not to be missed either.
