For unknown reasons, my account was restricted and my funds were inaccessible. I made several attempts to resolve it until I finally got help from 🄶🄻🄻🄿 • 🅄🄺

Very worst experience, When withdraw funds from stock they hold for 24 hours and also after coming to wallet also they hold for another 24 hours. They are fooling people don't trust.

I made a switch order. Debited from source fund but not credited to target fund. I have been dealing with Groww since last 20 days. I only receive AI generated responses. Useless

This is a fraud company, manipulated their app n systems where they can gain from users money.

I just add my first trade, in any other app where I have made profit of 10k they have taken 22k
me.

Investing is smooth on this third-party app, but the after-service experience is full of excuses.

This app is totally fraud they will autu buy and sell ur stock when it will go on loss

The withdrawal process is extremely frustrating, and it feels as though customer service does not exist. This platform is not ideal for trading or investing. A platform like 𝘡𝗂nens𝗂s Investment appears to be more responsive to traders needs and offer a smoother experience.

TODAY +15 HAD TAKEN TO -47 EVEN AFTER EXITING MULTIPLE TIMES

Customer service is Super bad. I tried doing sell order, it does not Execute order. After complaining 5 times and raising multiple tickets. Their Support service is super bad, they do not even understand issue and next day they close the ticket.

They charge ₹16.5 each sale transaction.Compare this to once you open your account.
No 24*7 customer service

This platform should never be used specifically for treding.
This app caused me to lose a lot of money. You could lose a lot of money because of false information on the app.
I complained about my intraday loss due to incorrect information (wrong Upper Circuit value), but they rejected my request for a refund.
Every user is experiencing issues with their app today, May 12, 2025.

Sharing my Experience with Groww

After observing the market for some time I made up my mind to invest in stocks shares MFs and chosen Groww.in to under take this investment activity. I tried to open an account with Groww using my Datamail ID. However, it did not work. Hence I contacted Groww support team to resolve this issue. The Support staff advised me to create account using Gmail and post activation of account the email will be updated. I created the account with Groww using Gmail and requested updation of email to my Datamail ID.
Now more than six months have passed but Groww has not updated my email ID in my Groww account. In addition to this following are the difficulties I have been facing with the Groww.in: -

- Non updation of email to my datamail ID.
- Not providing franchise support despite promised by the support staff.
- Deduction more than translations and even earnings

The above details are being shared for information to benefit the Whom so ever it may concern,

The customer support of Groww is literally very bad , while chatting in contact us section i got a default reply after my query stating change the details mentioned in this process of sebi and then will proceed but they didn't even listen to my problem . i have all my family members investment account in groww which accounts for 6 account of my family , now i will be initiating the closing request as soon as my current issue is resolved .
