I paid their fee over an hour and a half ago. I've gotten nothing. I sent a message. Got a response that they would be with me soon. I believe this is a scam. I'd like a refund

I bought x33 plan. It said account setting up. The the app disappeared. I wrote for help. Yesterday I got msg back that someone will get back to me soon. Nobody has. Will let you know later if anyone contacts/helps me.

This is an obvious scam, I had the exact same experience as the other reviews. I've also found out that this is a Shopify store so I will be escalating this to their security/fraud department. Don't fall for this.

I responded to an email from a Mr. Jason Bennett from Growthexpress,com ,about an X33 Program to Receive $856.30. I Made the $37.40 payment fee , only to be introduced to an Autopilot payment of $106.70, which I also made, there was another unauthorized Payment popping up in the background, luckily there was no funds left in my Bank, so that payment was declined. I thought I was well on my way to receive this $856 30 only to be told some Nonsense about Account Declined and CONFIRM ACCOUNT by introducing me to NEXUS PROFITROBOT. Here comes a Mr. Ethan Cole on a similar video with his Story from rags to riches introducing the Nexus Thingy offering $365.09. but at the end of the video was another payment request for another $37.40, I made that payment also, but saw the Autopilot request popping up again for $106.70. It was then my eyes opened up to this SCAM. So I wrote the email requesting a refund. Result of this is My account became LOCKED in GREY PART placing me on the wrong side of the fence. To get out of this I was now introduced to Mr. Marcus Hale with his 3 Daughters story again from rags to riches(Incidentally these 3 men had 3 Daughters each) with support from people who have benefited in this wonderful P7 Reserve program. The amount to get here was a whopping $873 76 with no fees nor any attachments, Just listen to the Garbage then click on the button below , follow instructions , then start receiving funds. When I clicked on the button at the end of the Video, here came the EXPLODELY payment Voucher for me to pay another $37.40. I screamed in anger and started Letting off some Jamaican expletives . To make matters worse, here comes an AI BOT to the rescue . Mr. ANVY365, or should I say the Final straw in this Growth Express Fiasco. I listened to the end and was fully convinced now that this was a well planned Scam designed to collect small Deposits. At least that's what my experience has Been.

As I was about to start the training videos, an external page popped up on my screen, and as I tried to go back to the previous screen, it kicked me out of the reel, after having spent over 30 minutes of my time and paid over $250.

I haven’t requested a refund yet, for I want to give the benefit of the doubt and wait for a couple of days to see what happens. I wrote to their support team and at least they auto-answered “someone will be getting back to me”.

I still hope it’s not a scam, but I strongly suggest you folks to hold on until you may gather more information.

This went wrong for me I wouldn't even give you one star but it wouldn't let me write my opinion. I paid to get started I was reviewing the content when something personal came up an I had to leave. Within hours I received a text that my number spot 87 would be given to another. So I lost the site an have not received my $38.00 dollars. I've texted an asked about it. Response was thank you for your text.

Do not fall for this company, even if they say on their videos, they will reimburse you, no questions asked. Well, I have sent them 3 emails and have never heard back from them. So not a great company to associate yourself with. Avoid!!
