The worst agency I have come across ever.

I signed up in March and then received an aggressive call in July asking me to invest more money.

I was unsure they had done the work in the first place despite charging £150 and locking me into a 12 month contract with no exit clause. The image attached shows their very own tracking link that shows no data or changes have happened.

What put me over the edge is I received a phone call asking for a new credit card detail as my old card hard expired. I was not comfortable sharing my card details over an unsecured phone line and requested a payment link be sent to my email.

This email was not sent and I was then sent an email from the company threatening to take legal action as I had not made the payment.

Further to this the man on the call was incredibly aggressive, pushing higher packages on me and calling me names.

When I explicitly said that I was not interested as the current packages made no difference to my business, despite the company selling pay on results solutions, the man continued to be aggressive over the call.

I would not touch this company with a 10 feet pole

Grow Consultants engaged me stating they could increase incoming calls to my business by improving my Google search ranking.

Although they reported achieving higher rankings, I did not observe any significant change in the volume of calls received. When I expressed these concerns, their explanation was that, similarly to a mobile phone contract, payment was required regardless of performance.

Additional services were suggested; however, since the initial service did not meet expectations, I was hesitant to proceed further.

For potential clients considering their services, I recommend exercising caution before making any commitments. I also found it challenging to reach a representative using the contact information provided on their website.

While Grow Consultants stated they had improved my online ranking, the overall impact on my business was minimal. Furthermore, when I encountered financial difficulties, debt collection actions were initiated, which added strain to my situation.

I own a beauty salon in London, and about a month ago I received a phone call from Grow Consultants about their results-based SEO campaign, where you only pay once your website starts ranking. I decided to give them a try and paid the initial deposit — and to my surprise, they managed to rank my business within just two weeks of working together.

I’m extremely happy with the service and the speed of the results. I’ve worked with other marketing companies before, but I’ve never experienced a company that delivers this quickly and efficiently. Grow Consultants have been professional, responsive, and true to their word from the start.

Avoid at all costs – Failed to deliver and refused refund
​I had a terrible experience with this company. No work was actually started until I repeatedly chased them, and even then, the quality was subpar. After I cancelled, I was promised a refund of my fees, but the money was never returned.
​They have now stopped responding to all emails. I waited months for them to rectify this before posting this review, but I have been met with total silence. I am now in the process of invoicing them for my original fees plus compensation for the significant time wasted. Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere.

This guys have made me a new website and put online in around two weeks my brand new website started ranking on Google, great job

All I will say is read their terms and conditions. They get you to commit to a year contract and if you cancel they are still owed through full year. It's against consumer law and why they pressure you in late day sales claiming they have 300 clients buying that month. Do your homework and consider the risk associated.

Edit: read the response and you will see that they have created an agreement that favours them even if their service is poor. Tread carefully.
