Grove Ear Clinic Arvostelua 

I’ve had a few ear clearing sessions. This is the best I have experienced. The procedure was conducted very thoroughly. I was given advice on how to reduce wax build up. Recommended.

I was delighted with my ear treatment, I was met by Nikki she was polite and on time for my appointment. The room in which she carried out the appointment was well appointed and clean. Nicking explained the procedure extremely well at every stage, and showed me on the laptop screen. 10/10 Thank you

The ladies are really clear about what they do, they are very helpful with their advice, they make you feel at ease, and also they will advise if they don't think what they do will help

Having had an ear infection treated which didn't solve the whole problem I had a consultation with Nikki at the Grove Ear Clinic. From the outset Nikki explained everything and put me at ease. Although my ear was very sensitive the treatment was nothing but a relief, the feeling of it being finally unblocked was amazing! Nikki offered advice for going forward and hopefully I'll never have a repeat performance, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to visit the clinic again.

I had to make a late call for microsuction, for a hearing test, and was taken care of great by Nikki, it was professional and caring, and did a great job. I have no problem with recommending the Grove Clinic Norwich, I just give credit where its due.

As somebody who was extremely nervous, as a result of a past experience elsewhere (which had been dreadful), I found Nikki to be so capable/professional, reassuring and kind. She quickly put me at my ease and explained every part of the process to me as we went along. I was extremely happy (and relieved!) at the end of my session and would definitely want to see Nikki again. One quick general point though: Signage is badly needed at the Newmarket Road clinic. As a brand new patient, I found the clinic very difficult to find. A sign on the perimeter fence as you drive in would definitely be helpful. I was, in fact, a couple of minutes late due to the fact that I was very unsure if I was in the right place. There is also no mention of the Grove Ear Clinic on the plaques attached either side of the front door. I telephoned and Nikki was keeping an eye out for me and so all was well in the end but I am passing this on, purely as constructive feedback. In terms of the micro-suction service today though, it was first class. Many thanks.

I feel Joshua puts the patient at ease explaining everything what is to be done.Very happy with the process and shall use grove ear clinic again especially as I had my ears done on a Sunday which helps me not losing any time during the week

Made an appointment with GEC after waiting for many months for an NHS appointment. Whole process of booking an appointment and paying a deposit was seamless thanks to the the very efficient and friendly staff. As luck would have it I got a call from the NHS people about an hour later! I rang GEC back but assumed that it was too late to cancel because appointment date was 2 days away. The lady listened to my explanation and agreed to cancel with a full refund, which in this day and age was a refreshing and welcome surprise. So full marks to the company and their staff for being so understanding.

Dr Fowler was very good, took a lot of care with ear wax removal procedure, made sure I was OK throughout.

I had an appointment with Nikki at Norwich to have my ears unblocked - there was no wax present but was advised blacked eustacian tubes - Nikki was appologetic about not being able clear my ears but suggested a gp appointment. She was very kind , helpful and sympathetic and after our initial chat completely put me at ease. I will definitely recommend this clinic and indeed have already recommended the clinic to a friend
