A big scam company! I got a voucher with them and did a reservation to the restaurant but didn't show up and Groupon has
Redeemed my voucher straight away, so I was left with nothing! I paid for nothing. The manager of the restaurant sent confirmation I didn't use the voucher, but this guys don't reply with a refund. Plus I had to spend lot of time with emails... Time waistings! Not going to use them again.

Just bought the chunky knit sideway long coatigan it is absolutely nothing like the picture it is pure crap, none of the clothing on this site is any good had to return loads not worth the bother or postage..... STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS SITE 😤

This company is unethical and scamming a lot of people from what I can see from the below reviews. I ordered a mattress topper almost a month ago and it was never delivered. Have been in contact repeatedly with customer service on the whereabouts of my item ( kept being fobbed off saying it was on it's way ) until they finally tell me this week my delivery went amiss and offer me Groupon credits to buy the same deal again ( which has obviously expired by now ). Appalling , false advertising of orders they don't fulfill. Of course I don't want Groupon credits from them. I do not want to use their website again. Have asked them for a refund for an order that they did not fulfil and they have ignored my emails requesting this. Will be escalating a claim against them with PayPal. An absolute disgrace I have to chase this down. The website has gone seriously down hill.

Don't waste your time with this company. Customer service is terrible and tried to do an exchange for an incorrect size ordered and was not granted. Now left with a useless item. Would not recommend Groupon to anyone.

I did purchase WiFi doorbell. Promise will be in 3days deliver. I did pay €50 for my own stupidity!

If anyone considers buying anything of them please DON'T !!!!! That is a real scam! Bought set of three suitcases but received only one suitcase . I bought also a duvet cover but never received that. Customer service is a joke. They dont listen to what you say, they finish the conversation before you actually discuss the issue. Ridiculous

Bought a Groupon last week for White Smile Dental in Cork a dental visit as I needed one anyway and booked the appointment for checkup scale and polish in Cork when I arrived at the surgery the dentist there hadn't much English at all and said I was there for a whitening which i wasn't all she kept saying was perfect, perfect, hadn't a clue if you ask me she sat me down in the chair eventually but did a terrible job and i was glad to get out of there tbh didnt do an examination and just a bad polish when I complained to Groupon they said they could do nothing as Groupon was redeemed but my point is even though it was redeemed I didn't get the proper service and it was a waste of my time and money would not buy off them again no comeback if the product or service is bad

ordered 120 toilet rolls 8th July ,money taken ! then order cancelled 10th July without giving a reason ,the fine print said £1 99 delivery and didn't exclude any post codes ,suspect they are at it again saying Aberdeen city is in the highlands ,offshore or abroad ,get your act together and state in the fine print what areas you exclude ,this has happened too many times now with Groupon,Advise us with caution if you are in Scotland as they have something against our Area

I was cut of mid way through a live chat . You can use past and copy. I have to read it all . You asked for my patience while you need time . I asked for the same ( patience as I tried to read and reread everything ) as you sent me 3 or 4 paste and copy replays. . But know. . They ended chat 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I use to like using this site but lately they seem like a con and when you contact them in email you get same message 5 time to do what you been complaining that you couldn't do in the first place it like they wait for the date to run out. And it fustrating your spend well earned money to pay for your purchase and they have no respect for you. It very hard get hold of them. Why hotels cant just take the bookings and take the voucher . Why everything is done through groupon. Once you purchase the item you should be able go through groupon or the place themselves . It crazy. I used this site alot . Now i dont know will i use it again . Such hassel with them it is a joke. And stressful.

Low quality materials, customers service not easy to locate, i wouldn't recommend in general, very very bad

Total waste of time and money! I've purchased a straightening back posture corrector and received one that was too small (I couldn't select size when purchasing!) and had a terrible quality. After only one wear it started to tear!!! After I told a friend about it, he told me they're only reselling things from China from Aliexpress and found my item there in seconds! The only difference was that it was there for $2.05 while I paid 9.48 Euro for it! Shame on you groupon!!!

Deliveries are taking so long...so hopefully, I'll receive my product or it's another scam website.

DONT BUY FROM THEM!! Waited over a month for three bottles of beard cleaning products. When it arrived it was in a normal parcel with a slight bit of bubble wrap. Due to this the bottles were damaged in transit and half the products have leaked everywhere. I have been in contact with groupon only to be told they wont exchange my product for me, rather I have to go out of my way to get some postage sticker for them then send the items back if i want a refund. Easily one of the worst customer service interactions ive ever had they are beyond useless. My advice would be stay far far away from them.

I booked afternoon tea on Groupon in Gallagher & Co bistro. The T&Cs stated the voucher must be used four months after purchase. I tried to book afternoon tea the following Sunday and got an email from Bistro & Co bistro stating that afternoon tea had ended. This was stated nowhere on Groupon or bistro and co website. I then requested a refund from Groupon who said that my voucher had been used and therefore couldn’t be refunded. I never used the voucher as the merchant was not accepting the vouchers. Such poor service. I will not be buying anything from Groupon ever again!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM GROUPON EVER! Waited 5 weeks for orders, sending endless emails to no avail, automated responses, Groupon could not trace my items, sending me script emails. In the end one order was LOST IN TRANSIT, had to arrange refund after 5 weeks waiting! Other order was a nightmare, had to track it MYSELF, Groupon didn't know where order was, in the end I traced my order after contacting the actual supplier of products with numerous emails back & forth. Eventually I had to collect order myself from delivery depot, again, 5 weeks after I placed the order. NEVER AGAIN!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service in Groupon, iv been a Groupon customer for over 5 years, purchased many deals and gave good recommendations of Groupon to friends and family. In May I purchased a product, after 1 month when it had not been delivered I tried to track the order from the page that Groupon directed me to. It was not successfull and everytime I went to the Groupon site for help I was directed to the same page. I eventually managed to contact customer service about the issue, looking for a refund or a replacement. They did not help at all, only advising me that the time had now lapsed to track the order and the cannot refund the product.

I spoke to a couple of Groupon users who have had the same experience. It's very disappointing. Do not recommend purchasing any Groupon goods, the getaways and vouchers seem to be OK but the goods are not reliable at all!

Bad customer service. Do not buy any product from this company as they will hide behind their "terms and conditions" I was miss sold a product and noticed straight away that the order was incorrect. I tried to contact them within minutes of a notification email and their advisors cut you off repeatedly and then send automated emails. They do not care and have no compassion to your hard earned money. Robbing scum.... that is all! 😤

Groupon goods appears to be a scam! I recently ordered garden furniture which said would be delivered in 8 working days. A large payment was taken immediately....then nothing...the tracking of the goods showed that the goods were never even prepared to ship. After 8 working days I realised this was a scam to put my money in their account and cancelled the order. I also got PayPal to open a dispute with them to retrieve my money. 3 weeks on and no sign of a refund and an odd email telling me they are looking into my order! Infuriating! Thank God I used PayPal as an insurance. This is the second time this exact same thing has happened to me with Groupon goods. I ordered a radiator cover last year. The money was taken but the item was never available and it took weeks to get my money back. Won't make the mistake again. Avoid!!!
