Worst service, and the providers have the worst attitude ever. We haven't received replies from them when we have issues. The whole office struggled due to poor communication and behavior. They said they have all the tools and will provide 24/7 support, but I haven't received replies to my texts. They reply after 3-4 days, have a bad attitude, and also never solve issues. They took 1 year's payment in advance and are now refusing to refund it.

I gotta admit, the pricing they are offering is absolutely awesome, but their customer service? It is the worst customer service you can ever experience. Recently, I contacted them to purchase their 3-month plan and asked for a discount. You know what they did? They asked for more money than their website mentioned. Sounds awesome, right? After that, their tools sometimes get disconnected or unavailable. I frequently knock on their support to check and fix the issue. They say "working on it," but they don't give feedback that the tool is active again. Today, I explicitly said a tool is down, and when you fix it, just let me know so that I can use the tool because it was an urgent task. But after 6 hours had passed, they didn't let me know that the tool was active. I even followed up after 30 minutes, and their customer service disgracefully replied to me. That is not the way to communicate and serve a customer. Shame on you.

Tools are not working. I reported the issue, but even after 3 days, the tools are still not functioning. The support response has been very slow, and the problem remains unresolved.

Complete scammers. After just a couple of days, they locked my account without any clear explanation or proper support. When I reached out, I received no real help. Instead, after about a day, they suddenly asked for verification, and then things got worse.

Their communication became extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. After I had already paid, they responded with offensive language instead of resolving the issue. This was their exact message:

“Go away now and eat shit, idiot. Your account will not be unlocked anymore.”

I would strongly not recommend using this website. They can block your account without justification and treat paying customers very poorly.

I ended up filing a dispute, which I highly recommend others do if they experience the same issue.

Do not buy from groupbuyservices.com. After making a payment, their website falsely showed the order as “paid,” but they still demanded that I send a screenshot as proof. I provided full payment confirmation with the Binance/Tronscan transaction link — yet they stopped replying completely.
Unresponsive support, zero delivery, and no refund. This is a scam operation. Stay away!
