Ordered a digital map online, all good, followed up by good customer service

I have used MAP by Groundsure on various occasions and have always had an excellent service and follow up call to ensure that what I received was to my satisfaction

Good and improving interactive website offering intelligent options for cropping OS maps to make DWG files, with a 3D height data model also available along with many other features. Customer service extremely attentive - received a call almost instantly after purchasing a map using the service - which then led me to discover more features.

I found the website user friendly, well laid out and the pricing and additional information sections are clear.
I had a question regarding the best data format for my office use and the response was quick and clear.
Most importantly it all works with my Mac OS.

I found your website hard to navigate. I tried to scale up the area I wanted a map of but was unable to. There may be a way to do this but I could not find it. The file arrived simply as code in the email so useless I'm afraid

As a novice to obtaining maps I found the site very easy to use which was greatly helped by the customer assistance when I phoned to navigate my way round and set up my account.

Since using this site to download maps into CAD I have found it easy to use and good value for money. As well as maps there is a lot of useful information to hand which can be downloaded easily.

Easy to use with a real person to help when required.

The staff member was extremely helpful, he looked into my query and returned my call not once but twice, first updating me on progress and then with a possible solution. In the end the map was not accurate and i have been promised a full refund.

What I like about GroundSure is that you have a tool to enable you to choose whichever areas you feel are necessary rather than a simple rectangular box for locating the information required like other suppliers. We feel this is a huge improvement especially as we work a great deal in the Countryside and our clients are not having to pay for areas of open field which has no detail.

This site is handy to have when you are looking for an OS map it is covenient and free at the moment which is even better.

GROUND SURE simply rocks.

Hi downloaded OS map for planning application today, easy. Opened pdf in preview edited with red line for the site, saved it to desktop and added it to emailed application. how things have changed.

Very easy to use, much easier than other sites I've used previously and very good value.

On my most recent Order, I made an error. After notifying them, theu rectified MY error and I received two phone calls to make sure in the end I had got everything I needed. Exceptional service indeed!

Took a moment or two to get used to the way the website worked to define the relevant area, but a very quick accurate service.
