NO COMPRES SUS PRODUCTOS! Hablo desde la experiencia, tristemente. No contestan a los emails o contestan enviandote un nuevo producto que no has pedido. Quería devolver todo un pedido de articulos porque la calidad no es ni de lejos la que ofertan en la web. Calidad china de la peor. Al no cumplir mis expectativas, exigí el derecho a la devolución en las siguientes 24h y no contestan a los correos por ningún medio.

The shoes arrived quickly and as described. They are super comfy and are now my most worn footwear

Never buy!!! Chinese scammers. Low quality. The worst thing was: they claimed that the shoes are 100% waterproof. But this was not true. Its just sheer lie. And they know it. When I tried to return they offered me 35% as "the last offer".

I bought these shoes 1 month ago. The shoes are rubbish, they have a removable and uncomfortable insole that, when removed, leaves the sole uncovered, thing that I haven't seen in ANY other barefoot brand.

I also ordered following the "size guide" on their website and the shoes were still smaller, so it was even more uncomfortable.

After that, I decided to return them (July 13) so I sent them an email within 2 days of receiving them. After 5 DAYS they haven't come back to me so I decided to send another email to follow up.
They answered 1 day after my follow up email, they said that they were sorry for the inconvenience bablabla and that they would offer me an additional 35% discount on the original price. I just said that I didn't want the discount and I preferred the refund, because, discount or not, I still couldn't use them (July 27 already).

After that email, they spent again, 5 days without answering. I sent them a follow up email (July 31), 3 days after I still had no response so I sent them yet another follow up email, saying that I would send them one email each day until they answered.
3 days and 3 emails later, they finally get back to me saying that they will process the refund once I send the item back to the original warehouse IN CHINA.

I've checked with a few providers and sending back the item is more expensive than the f-ing shoes, and they f-ing know that.
That's why they only say that in one small paragraph in one small part very hidden in their website. So I would lose the shoes and more money if I were to return them.

So, as a summary, it took me 26 DAYS from the day I asked for the return to the day they confirmed that they would accept it. And adding to that, is literally more expensive to return the shoes than the shoes itself. So it's basically everything organised so you don't return any of their products, once you buy them, you're stuck with them. That 30-day return policy is pure bs to make you buy.

Bunch of scammers. DON'T BUY.

I tried to cancel my order only minutes after ordering them because I read bad reviews and changed my mind. They waited until the 24 hour cancellation was expired before replying to my email. They said they'd sent it already and therefore can't cancel it but I cancelled my order long before they ever could've sent it off. They've sent it off anyways and now they say I'm not eligible for a full return and can only send them back for a fraction of my money back. This is blatant robbery and their cancellation procedures are fraudulent. Don't waste your money here. Go somewhere more trustworthy. A waste of 60 pounds.

Such a poor quality product, don't get . Not worth the money spent , better to invest in a high quality pair. Delivery tool over 3 weeks.

I bought shoes and they were too big, besides that the socks were very bad condition. They said that they won’t refund me because socks were for free. Sophie completely ignored the fact that the shoes were too big. They asked for pictures, and later another pictures xD. Scam. I won’t let them go so easy on me, Ima bi*ch.

The shoes seem very well made and strong. Unfortunately although I ordered a size bigger than normal, they are far too small.
I have contacted Gronanda regarding exchange and am waiting for their response.
Update: Gronanda have agreed to send a second pair at an even larger size (45 when my normal size is 42!) for which I have paid €13.99 postage.

The shoes method for tightening them when wearing broke after the third time wearing.
I requested a refund and then it got really silly.
They offer very small partial refund stating return delivery to expensive but they are bound to pay it because item was faulty.
That's because they're not a UK company.
I appraised them of UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 but someone called 'Sophie' just kept replying but ignoring my request for full refund, I think Sophie is just an alias.
I contacted trading standards but don't bother they only confirmed what I already knew and don't get involved.
Gronanda now offered 50% refund and I've given up.
Customer service is frankly appalling and I would not recommend buying from them.

Don’t ever buy them Shoes!!!!! Worst Quality - China Scam - Refund Policy is a Nightmare - you have to carry the Costs - first thing on asking for Refund - they give you 35% Cashback. This Product isn’t worth a Dollar/Euro.

The Smell is awefull, wouldn’t put my feet in there.

Once I bought some Watershoes in a Croatia Holiday - 20years back - the Quality was better than Grönanda!!!

poor quality, even worse customer service. Bought shoes in November, delivered in February, didn't fit, still have them now and getting blanked by their customer service team who offered to send a replacement and then decided to go back on that offer and just ignore any more contact from myself. Avboid at all costs and just go to a reputable retailer

I am starting to think this is a scam company. Taken my money and no shoes. Customer service agent Sophie keeps telling me they will arrive soon. I'm now going to have to go through my bank to get my money back

Comfiest shoes I’ve ever worn. But took weeks to arrive.

I've waited a little while to give these a review. I wanted to try barefoot shoes and finally bought some. I absolutely love them. I use them for Nordic Walking and general day to day wear. They are very comfy and the grip is amazing. I have wide feet and there is plenty of room. They are different, but in no time I liked the feeling. I'd definitely buy more.

I bought 2 pairs as they make an offer for second pair, so a reasonable price.

Delivery took over 4 weeks, but the problem is the sizing they were way too big.

Many delays in support from "Sophie" who ignored my request of how to get a full refund & offered 35% discount in place, recommending not to return for a refund as very costly. Eventually they said to send them to an address in China at my cost. Not sure they will confirm to receive them and refund me.

Seems very poor practice and support do not waste your money, go elsewhere.

Bad customer service.
Poor quality, material and fitting.
I paid for return shipping but they did not claim package so was returned to me. Now Sophie is giving me another delivery address.. Its Scam of poor quality products at a high price. I do not believe all the five star reviews are true.

I advise do not buy here!! Orderd two pair the size is not good i have 40 they give 39 but it does say 40.. also the sole in the shoe is not glued correctly there is a sharp piece sticking in my foot i contacted they said i could get halve of what i paid back NEVER AGAIN WHAT A RIP OF!!

After reading some negative reviews, I wanted to cancel my order but the shipment was already done (in less than 24 hours). However, I was pleasantly surprised to get the two pairs of running shoes in the quality exactly as advertised on the company website. The communication with the sales office was immediate and correct.

Very poor quality products. No acceptable return policy. Complete scam. If you order from them, you will get a product (many weeks later), but if you do not like them for any reason - you are out. They will then blackmail you with your chance to pay more to return the product to the address below... but I doubt that they will refund my money when delivered.

I had many conversations with a 'Sophie' that took way too long for a simple return. This included requesting me to send pictures of the product. All in all, I felt as if they were delay tactics. This sort of company gives China and online shopping a bad name. Do not shop with Gronanda.
