GrogTag Arvostelua

Consistency in product quality

The ease of editing the labels is great. The quality is always first rate and done promptly. Have used GrogTag for years and will continue to do so.

This is the third time we have ordered beer labels and the quality and delivery of the product has been exceptional.

Exactly as ordered. Happy with the caps.

I order wine labels on 05/18/2026. It is now 06/02/2026 and I just got a tracking number that does not work. I do not believe that it has even shipped yet. This is ridiculous. I could have ordered these from Amazon and had them 2 days later.

Delivered different customers order.

Was frustrated in the moment but their customer service came through well.

Easy to use website made it simple to bring my vision to light. Please don't change a thing.

Stickers looked great and arrived quickly. The actual design part was a little tricky since it was hard to tell exactly what dimensions I needed to use to paste in my oval style sticker but I made it work! Happy with the product and service overall.

Program for product design is very intuitive and has many options to be creative with. Delivery time _ standard _ took less than a week. Custom two sided coasters as merch for a band gig.

reorder was easy, product is consistent quality

The print quality of the labels was good, and the final design looked close to what I expected. The colors and artwork came out nicely, and I can tell the product itself has potential.

However, I was a bit disappointed with the label format and application process. The labels were harder to peel and apply than expected, and a few ended up with wrinkles or small bubbles on the bottle. I also wish the preview and sizing were clearer before ordering so I could better understand how the finished label would look once applied.

Customer support seems helpful and willing to resolve issues, which I appreciate. Overall, I would consider ordering again, but I hope the label format and application experience improve.

The website could definitely use some updating, but don't be alarmed by the software used. I at first thought it was sketchy, but the company provides a very quality product with a very timely delivery. they also have the best pricing for small batches!

Excellent labels which were so simple to adapt and very quick delivery from US to UK

Excellent customer service. The design that I made on the computer did not at all work in real life, they contacted me, sent pictures and let me correct the issue for free and much patience. They went above and beyond.

I don't love the user interface for personalizing designs, menus overlapping with workspace was cumbersome and not having things snap to size like a design program felt risky for the final product, but it came out great! The service was prompt, communication was good and the quality of the product is lovely.

The website is intuitive, able to upload my files, edit/customize the size and colors, was reasonably priced and arrived quickly and are of good quality.

"I wanted to personally thank Dave Blois for help me with my label project. .I'm already planning my next order

High quality vinyl labels, fast shipping. Great company I will continue to use them for all my beer labels.

Everything was done in a timely manner. The quality of the labels was great. I had a very happy customer. Looking forward to doing more business in the near future.
