Ongeveer 1 jaar geleden wilde ik hier een e-bike kopen. De fiets stond buiten in een hokje en bleek bij het testen gewoon defect. Er zat nauwelijks ondersteuning op; feitelijk werkte alleen de tweede versnelling.

Voor een fiets van €400 mag je toch verwachten dat deze naar behoren functioneert. Dat was hier absoluut niet het geval.

Wat het nog vreemder maakt: toen ik hier later een opmerking over plaatste op Marktplaats, kreeg ík een melding dat ik “beleefder” moest communiceren. In plaats van verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor een ondeugdelijk product, wordt de kritiek dus bij de klant neergelegd.

Niet reageren was het beste geweest, nú krijg u deze reactie😉
Al met al geen goede ervaring.

Deze melding blijft staat zolang de melding in mijn marktplaats blijft..staat 33 reacties met 5 sterren en 1 met 1 ster door de fietsenwinkel 😉

Bought a pair of the Crusader boots on positive reviews. After 2 years they have completely fallen apart. Leather upper has split at the crease point and where the leather upper is glued to the sole.
Definitely not what I would expect from a 2-year-old walking boot.
All I got when reporting this to customer services was the "12-month warrantee" chesnut.
Will not be using this company again. A waste of nearly £200.

Terrible quality and even worse customer service of Dutch importer.

After having used the shoes for only 2 days and only 5 km, the soles of both shoes were already torn.

When enquiring with the Dutch importer (Antar), I only got a reply "sorry, bad luck, the soles might have been dried out". How is this possible after a usage of 2 days?

Paying around 60 euros for using them for 5km equals 12 euro per kilometer. For that amount it is even cheaper to hire a private cab!

So one advise: never buy Grisport shoes: The quality is terrible and the importer won't help you with complaints.

Grisport peaklander boots comfortable boots that have wide toe box all good so far , have tried Merrell Salomon goretex etc without luck as they all leak after a few months but these are good and easy to keep dry clean and apply dubbin once In a while

Grisport boots are in my opinion fantastic value for money, my wife and I are on our 4th pair each. So I can really talk with experience, I've had a couple of issues along the way and the customer support team are amazing, all postage is paid in advance and the refunds are prompt. I always buy another pair once the problem is sorted. They are so very comfortable, supportive and wearable straight out of the box I've just done 4 miles in a brand new pair with absolutely no issues. Thank you Grisport

Uso le scarpe Grisport quotidianamente per camminare molto in città e devo dire che la differenza si sente. La tecnologia della suola ammortizza bene il passo, riducendo l’affaticamento a fine giornata. Esteticamente sono molto curate e la pelle utilizzata è di alta qualità. È raro trovare una scarpa così resistente che rimanga comunque così leggera ai piedi. Un acquisto di cui non mi pento affatto.

Great boots, really comfortable, very hardwearing boots, You get what you pay for and they arrived very quickly.

I recently bought a pair of Grisport Keilder walking shoes. I needed a pair of shoes that were able to cope with snow and ice with confidence. I've owned boots made by Grisport and always rated them highly. I was not disappointed with the shoes. They are made of quality leather and have a Vibram sole. On top of that, they have Grisport's own breathable waterproof membrane. What's not to like! I was lucky enough to find my pair at a discount price, it is worth shopping around. I've worn them around our frozen streets with no issues regarding grip. Today I did a 4 mile walk along quiet country roads with no comfort problems despite it being a hard tarmac surface. They were comfortable straight out of the box ,and wearing them has made them more so. I would have no qualms in recommending them as a good quality shoe,well designed and easy to get on and off. Worth every penny!

Wandelschoenen Grisport Sherpa gekocht op een "eenmalige" beurs. Nieuw in originele verpakking. Opgekocht uit faillissementspartij volgens verkoper. Schoenen 1x aangehad en er breekt een stuk uit hak van ca 4 cm tijdens 1e wandeltocht. Contact gezocht met importeur Antarshoe Elburg, die neem ik aan importeur van Grisport is. Antarshoe Neemt klacht niet serieus en stuurt me terug naar verkoper van "eenmalige"beurs. Wil graag schoenen opsturen zodat ze hierna kunnen kijken. Hier zit toch fabrieksgarantie op. Antarshoe en Grisport laten me hierbij helaas in de steek. Jammer. dit was niet mijn 1e paar Grisport, denk wel helaas het laatste.

I suffer with Arthritis in my feet so find it very hard to find a boot to suit, there are many pairs of leather boots that I have had to discard for this reason. so I was pleased to find a wide toe box boot that I can actually wear. I much prefer a leather boot as I think they look much smarter than a "trainer" type.

The boots were initially far too hard as there was a very poor insole supplied, this however, was not an issue for me as I have to wear orthotics in all my shoes, It generally takes me months to wear boots in so I have only worn them a few times todate.

I, like my husband, treated the boots with leather gris on the uppers and all the seams and have worn them in the snow and they seem to keep the wet out.

Having read all the other reviews the jury is out on the long term, however, I do and will alternate them with other boots I own, so hope that they will last me a long time.

Fortress-boots purchased nov25-not had the boots long, they look perfectly serviceable. I immediately treated them with leather Gris to protect against the weather. At first I found them hard but this was due to the poor insole that came with them I have since fitted gel insoles so they are more comfortable. they seem to keep the wet out and so far I'm happy with them.

The product, my new GRISport Fuse walking boots are great quality, comfortable and look great.
The customer service was also very good. Easy to order, delivered on time.
Good value for a good product, happy customer.

We have worn Grisport walking, hiking and leisure shoes and boots for years…would not wear anything else. Husband is fussy when it comes to shoes and boots fitting comfortably as he has had achilles tendon issues in the past and my feet are on the wide side: we can honestly say that Grisport are the only shoes we can wear straight out of the box…no breaking in needed!

Se potessi mettere un voto negativo, lo metterei. Ho comprato due sneakers alte e, dopo due-tre anni di uso nemmeno così intenso, le suole mi si sono spappolate letteralmente, cadendo a pezzi appiccicaticci. Mai più

Purchased some excellent shoes, have been waiting ages for 48 to come in stock and got a notification, so that system clearly works well, the shoes are Livingstone and they are the 2nd pair, getting them in time before I wear the others out!!

Would buy boots but they never have 48 in stock
