Great quality product. Really helped me with not getting blisters on my feet. Came very quickly.

I ordered my socks on the 1st Feb. after many emails I finally received an email on the 18th March saying my order has been shipped. The tracking number doesn’t show anything and all my emails have failed to receive a reply.
As on today 30 March I haven’t received my order, or a reply. I will never buy from this site, it is a total scam and can’t be trusted.

Still waiting for the delivery

Unfortunately this company is a scam - ordered early January. Followed up twice via email when package hadn’t arrived and was promised they would be sent tomorrow (both ties). My 3rd follow up and request for a refund has resulted in complete silence from the company. Do not risk it with this company.

Fraud Fraud, even the website email bounced back. Everything gripzza is a fraud. Stay away.

Didn’t even pay enough for the postage. So had to pay an additional 3.50, just to get the post office to release the package

Best socks in the game.

I purchased 5 x pairs of socks on the 13th of December and never received these items. I have emailed many times and although they have offered to refund me this has also not happened either. Very minimal response from seller, no product, no refund. Terrible company! Do not buy!!!!! It is now the 22nd of Jan

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order on 7 Dec 2025, they said it would arrive by the 16 Dec, they by Christmas. It is 19 Jan 2026 and still hasn't arrived. Their customer service keep telling you it has shipped but you never end up with tracking numbers. You can't comment on Facebook or Instagram as they turn comments off. I'm now thinking they are just a big SCAM. Take your money and deliver nothing.

Do not order! I placed an order back on December 9th for a Christmas present. It’s Christmas Eve and still not received. I’ve emailed, called, texted, and sent a message on IG still no response or update on my order. Feels like a scam to me.

If I could give the is no stars I would! Ordered and still sitting in order received is unacceptable! Why isn’t there a number to call or anyone emailed me back?! I’m about to contact my bank and get my money back!

I didn’t receive my socks or a refund..

Ordere two pairs of white socks, out of stock ( despite being available on website). Took the refund offer, checked e mail to find out I was charged £2.99 for postage which wasn’t refunded. Sent an e mail asking why with no response.

Worst experience ever! Poor fabric quality (so no one is wearing that kit), wrong size for one item and took at least a month for the shipping. If I wanted to change that item would've been another month of waiting. I do not recommend!

Best in the business shorts having zips is a game changer so comfy aswell need more colours so can buy more haha
