First I will say it did take some time to receive my order. If you are used to Amazon Prime, this is not it. You will not get it in a few days or even a week. So be patient. Secondly I absolutely love this harness. I have a very big dog and it makes walking with my dog so much easier. No pulling on my arm and my dog is less stressed walking with it. The name tag is velcro so I can choose to put it on or take it off. So far I have had no issues whatsoever.

I complained that my harness was fraying after a month and a half. They told me it was past the few days allowed to have a problem. For my money a product should last a while. But these are poor quality and the company doesn't stand behind their product. Instead they offered me 15% off if I would spend more money in their store. I won't buy again from such a company that has poor quality and bad customer service

STILL don't have my harness - although my credit card was charged IMMEDIATELY. Zero real information from ostensible "customer service" - have been unable to track my delivery - very irritating - ordered it in what I was told was plenty of time as my husband is going away for several months with his dog and don't have the harness. Can't cancel either - I tried.

Ordered in April and it is now June.

Wish I could give them a ZERO rating. Like so many others, they immediately charged my bank card in April. I have still not received my order. No phone number to contact them. All you get are run-around emails lying about your order, i.e., on the way, being processed, etc. Buyer Beware. Wish I had done a little research before I trusted their FB ads and made a purchase.

The harness did not have the personalization of my dog's name and phone number even though I entered it when I ordered it. It even said "Personalization in progress." They wanted me to pay 4.99 shipping to return it even thought there web site says "Backed by 60 day money back guarantee." The web site said they would refund within 60 days no questions asked. Not true. I should have read the reviews before I ordered it.

A great harness. Not hard on our girls neck, and I like the handle option along with the leash. Easy on, easy off. Looks super great on our trudy!

We received our harnesses yesterday and I have to tell you I am so impressed!! We have 2 pitbulls and they are difficult to fit but the harnesses were able to be adjusted perfectly!!!! And now easy on and off. Thank you for a quality product. Sincerely, Vicki Hugunin

The GripHarness has made it much easier for my 17 year old dog to climb stairs.

The grip harness is not an affective piece of equipment for walking a dog that is not great on a leash. One that pulls, for instance. This harness does nothing to stop the urge to pull. It does not fit very well. I was not happy with it but even worse than that was that I never received my original order and had to communicate with this company many times to convince them of that and when they finally decided maybe I didn’t get my order they asked me if I’d like to have anything in the order changed before it was sent out. I said yes, I do need the order changed. I had ordered 2 harnesses and one bark control as I was getting 2 puppies. As it turned out I could not get the second puppy due to illness so I told them to cancel the purple harness and the bark control and please send out the pink harness and the Velcro tag with the name Stella on it. The reply I got from the company was your order is being packaged and well advise when we ship. I wrote them back saying please adjust the order. Please remove the purple harness etcetc. Received another reply saying my order was almost ready to ship and again I answered with please adjust the order. The next email I received said my order has been shipped and this is what’s in it. The purple harness, and leash, the pink harness and leash, the bark control and free grooming gloves. Once again I reminded them not to send the purple harness and leash or the bark control. Well the bark control never arrived but it was in the bill. So even though I got items I told them 3 times not to send they were still only willing to give me a 20% refund. They did refund the bark control but nothing else. This seems very unfair since I asked them 3 times not to send the purple harness etc. it’s hardly my fault they sent it anyway. So I’m not happy with the product or the service I received from this company I will not be ordering from them again and I would suggest that you don’t either. Thank you

I have only used the harness for my 5 month old Labrador puppy and the Velcro rips apart already after a few weeks of use , total waste of money and so unsafe , as it happened near traffic . All these false, paid reviews . Do not purchase from this company

I would give them a zero if I could. After a month and zero communication my package was delivered in CO, I live in MD. They will not respond or give me a refund. Horrible customer service.

I would rate as a 0 if I could. I ordered the original grip harness about a month ago. I never received a tracking number and when I finally did it was mailing it to a state which I don't even live in! You can't get a hold of anyone personally, only through emails! When I explained this was not my address I got a response back saying there is nothing they can do for me!! When you go on to their page and you see all the great reviews scroll past all of them and when you get to the one-star ones they have also experienced not receiving their harness as well! Also on the BBB they give them an f rating!

It has been one month since we ordered the harness and I have never received it despite numerous promises from their customer service that "it will ship within the week." My credit card was charged immediately upon them receiving the order. I would think twice before I place an order with Gripharness.

UPDATE: 5/9/24 - our credit card was refunded the charged amount

I purchased a GripHarness for my dog but wished I had read the reviews first. The delivery is slow, but it did arrive eventually, albeit, the free leash was missing. I couldn't track my order at first as the order number was not recognised and I had a bad feeling i had been scammed. I made contact with customer service and they confirmed the order number and once they did that, I could track the order.
The product was actually OK. I only returned it because it didn't fit my dog properly.
Customer service was good and always received a prompt response from them.
My 3 star rating mainly relates to the following:
1. I ordered this product from Australia and didn't realise the purchase price is in USD which ended up making the product quite expensive when converting the currencies. I think the website and ordering process needs to specifically state you are buying in USD. A bit of a cheeky trap and I am annoyed with myself that I didn't pick this up earlier
2. You have to pay to return your goods which wasn't cheap from Australia back to US
3. Make sure you return within the number of days stipulated or else it won't be accepted (I learnt this from other reviews and from reading the returns policy)

This company is a SCAM! I placed my order March 7, 2024. After a month still no harness. I emailed and they said it had shipped and asked me to verify my address which was correct on their end. She said she would expidite the order. Then another 2 weeks went by and still nothing. I emailed again and they did the same thing, asked me to verify and said it had shipped. I told her to refund my purchase which was $41.90. On April10th got a email saying they refunded my money....NOTHING has be credited to my card. I emailed again and asked for a phone to call them and she would not give me on.....TOTAL SCAM.COMPANY....GIVING THEM A 1 IS WAY TO GRACIOUS!!!! So I have emails to back up this statement!

I've already written a review about the product. I am very happy with it. I just wanted to respond to some of the negative comments.
Delivery is slow but it will come eventually. It's not a scam as some people think. The harness is good quality as are the bonus gifts of matching leash and grooming glove. Don't give up.
